SSHUYANGIt is suitable for bringing children, the swimming pool is more beautiful, probably because there are always some debris under the tree, and the water is not clear. Service is pretty good, facilities? The WIFI signal is really bad, and the network speed is still slow! There is no signal at the desk location. This problem has also reacted to their manager. In addition, there is no Chinese menu for the meal, which is really tangled! I also made recommendations to the manager. After all, some Chinese people will patronize now, although they are still mostly foreigners. Perhaps because the boss is French, the French meal is mixed with the meal. There is a French man named Matisse who is tall and thin and is casually said to be a manager. He can help you with anything. It is more regrettable that the pictures of diving in Apo Island do not know why there are so many missing. I do not know if Matisse did not help me export all from gopro or what! The diving instructor is very nice and the people are very nice. If it is not for diving, there is no need to live in such a remote place. There is really nothing near the hotel! It takes more than 100 RMB to charter a car to the urban area of Dumaguete City, or it is a 40-minute tutu, but it is 500p for the hotel to call tutu.

李李懿哈The location of the hotel is far from the city centre of Dumaguete, but it is close to the apo island where the turtles are seen, about a fifteen-minute tutu ride. There is no commercial area around, there is no place to go shopping, you can only spend time in the hotel ~ the hotel is near the sea, the next step can reach the seaside hotel, the environment is very good, the facilities are beautiful and clean; There is a swimming pool to play with, the hotel staff is very warm, and the dining is delicious. I want to focus on the boss's homemade ”Chili Ginger Honey Water” (Figure 2). This is the name I gave it. Hahahaha, really unique and very good to drink! The local weather was very hot. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the boss gave us a cup of wine. After a sip, I fell in love with it. It was so hot and so hot that we had a few drinks every day for two days at the hotel. Haha, really great! Unfortunately, I forgot to ask the boss how to make it. I came back and tried to make it up, but I always felt that I didn’t mean anything. If there are friends who want to visit this hotel, please help me ask the boss to make it. Method oh (╹◡╹) I am grateful~! ! ! After I came back, I found out that I didn’t take a photo of the hotel. I had to upload a photo of the beautiful scenery. If I want to go to the apo to chase the turtle, it is right to choose this hotel! 🐢

LOVE this hotel! #1 they didn’t cut corners building it or outfitting it and it just feels great when you get to your hotel and everything works (has not been the case with so many of the places we’ve stayed around the country) #2 there are thoughtful extra touches that I adored (reed diffuser in rooms, purse stools in deli, good sound system and music, Netflix on TV), #3 staff was very professional, approachable and helpful. #4 the pool is glorious and every time I went down to swim I had it to myself #5 the hidden restaurant, cafe and bar behind the hotel was one of my favorite spots to chill in the City. Stayed here a week. Found it very relaxing for its proximity to city. Highly recommend.

毛毛毛虫MandyThis time I booked a two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, which is very convenient and you can cook by yourself, but I didn’t experience it in a hurry this time. The restaurant downstairs is not as good as everyone said, but it is above the overall level of the Philippines. The swimming pool is beautiful and there are slides to play. After checking out, I had to go to the pier to take the boat to Tin Island. Because we had 5 people and luggage, we asked the front desk to call a cart for us. As a result, we arranged a brand new van to take us there for free. The building is very distinctive, the layout is very cute, I feel that a small town in Europe, next time I must take my daughter to stay a few more days.

KkenweilllI stayed in this place for 2 weeks straight to attend a bootcamp. A good place to stay in Dumaguete City. Excellent location, friendly staff and it's near to pharmacy, police station, public market, and even 7/11 store on the entrance.

5517siljedThe hotel is very cozy! It has small, but great rooms, and you can just walk like 50 m and then you are on the beach. The beach is really nice as well. Here you can enjoy swimming and snorkeling without going on a boat. The hotel area at the beach is also very nice with a lot of seating area, and they also have chairs and some sun beds you can bring with you. At the hotel they have a great restaurant, and they even serve you down at the beach! :) The food is so great, you actually don’t have to go somewhere else. They have Asian food and western food and a lot more, and it’s really good. The staff at the hotel is really great and helpful, and make you feel really welcome. We would definitely go back! The only negative thing is if you leave any food in you’re room, it will be infested by a lot of ants. So be careful with that :)

BB4261WDmarkbWe (1 x Australian male & 1 x Filipina) stayed for one week in a Family Apartment. We chose Villa Prescilla as we wanted to be able to self-cater and cook our own meals. The hotel is a short drive from both the airport (via taxi) and the centre of Dumaguete (trike). Getting transport via a trike is easy, plus the trikes here are much bigger than in Manila or Angeles and the prices were reasonable: but it does help if you have a Filipina with you to ensure you are not being taken advantage of (but I still gave tips to drivers). Location is away from the hustle & bustle of Dumaguete, but the road is still very busy and noise from traffic can be a bit of a problem, but main bedroom is at the rear of the building and we kept the doors shut. To avoid being awakened too early by neighbouring roosters or barking dogs, I recommend having the fan on for white noise. The hotel is a bit old and showing its age, but it is still clean, pleasant and had everything we needed, plus the caretaker/s were very helpful and friendly. My only gripe would be in relation to the Wi-Fi signal which at times was non-existent (welcome to the Philippines...lol). In the times we live, Wi-Fi has become a necessity and I was relying on being able to use my laptop, so it was of great importance to me to be able to access the internet when I wanted / needed. Fortunately, each time I really needed to access the internet the caretakers would come to the apartment and were able to get a signal for me through trial and error, plus a lot of persistence and sometimes calling upon the available IT guru (caretakers’ teenage son). My Filipina was very happy with the kitchen facilities and was able to whip up some great meals. Caretakers were also able to arrange a private car with driver for us (day trip to Bindoy) and a taxi for the journey to the airport for our departure.

GGuest UserThe place is perfect for those traveling with a tight budget. As for me, we were wanting to explore the city and the neighboring nature destinations - so it didn't make sense to check in an expensive hotel as we didn't plan to lounge in the hotel. The room rates are budget friendly - the beds and the AC was okay. Room had a tv with cable, but wifi was not working most of the time, but its okay because Mobile data was strong enough as the hostel is within the city. The only issue I have was with the bathroom. It was nice, had a sink, a hot/cold shower and a large toilet. However, the bathroom had a divider on the floor separating the shower and toilet - but the toilet part of the room had no floor drain. So tendency is, if you spill or splash water to the toilet part of the bathroom, it will stay on the floor and would flood the other half. But all in all, the stay was great.
