I arrived at the hotel without prior reservation, and I had to inquire about breakfast as no information was provided although it was inclusive in my rate. To my surprise they informed that breakfast is only served till 08h30 AM …. Then again I needed to call to get the Wifi code, so overall poor check in. In my room I found a bunch of hair in toilet, housekeeping probably forgot to flush prior to leave the room, but I also found paper trash on bathroom shelve and a wet bathroom floor and shower. Finally there was a stain on the bed… Next morning I was informed that breakfast is served on the outlet outside of the hotel with a very limited choice of Vietnamese dishes.

I've stayed at Phu Cuong hotel for 3 nights in November 2019 on their grand opening week. A tad disappointed as both their gym and swimming pool are closed and no breakfast buffet on offer either. The cafe area out side the hotel was not up to 4 star standard. I've asked a fresh squeeze orange juice, and i've got an ice sugary drink instead. Floor staff were friendly and tentative to requests. I have a small child and the king bed was spacious enough for our family. The room was tastefully decorated, daily cleaning and replacement of towers. Everything was spotless. I was on level 7 and not much street noise which is a plus. However, i find the shower and toilet area being quite small. The room size and decor is as spacious as advertised. The internet connection often dropped out during the evening which is annoying if you are watching a movie, i have reported this problem to reception upon leaving.
