The hotel is very new and clean. The staff were all very nice and supportive to non-spanish speakers.

Yes, the breakfast is outstanding, the rooms are usually clean but if it has carpeting it absorbs the smell of numerous people sleeping and sweating on the floor. The staff is very friendly but unwilling to make any exceptions to their rules and will not even let you pay for a late check out, much less waive fees on a missed reservation. So just keep in mind the inflexibility of certain things, but on other things they are SUPER helpful. For most people, this place will be fine.

Wifi Does not work and the breakfast was not what i expected also the Gym Was very small And The Vibe Didnt make me feel Happy to be there

Food at the buffet was always cold. The staff was very friendly though, AC barely works. The shower was nice. I got there at 3 pm and they made me wait 30 minutes to give me my room. So unprofessional.

This hotel was great! Breakfast was hot and ready every morning. Staff was welcoming and really helped in any way posible.

The hotel looks clean , the breakfast is delicious, excellent. The whole staff are kind, friendly people The only observation i would like to make is about the everyday of the room’s cleaning: my family and I stayed seven days, they never vacuumed the carpet, they never cleaned- washed the bathroom they just refilled the towels for two people even we were four in the room and they never refilled the body wash and shampoo containers. The night before our last night I have to request refill for the shampoo and body wash containers. That is the only observation i would have to make.

Rooms are clean and propety well maintain, friendly staff , yummy and hot breakfast every morning spend more than a week and i just love the place!

I love that the menu was fresh every single day! The staff very nice and friendly! The room was very nice! The only thing is that they don’t have refrigerator, microwave and laundry room.
