La Quinta by Wyndham CD Juarez Near US Consulate

We stayed in three different hotels in Khures this trip. This hotel was the best. Don't be fooled by its proximity to the consulate; it's only a short walk away, and a car can deliver from the hotel itself. If we come back, we'll definitely stay here. By the way, there are some very decent restaurants within a 2-minute walk.

Excellent stay friendly staff and good customer service

Bathroom toilet was not cleaned upon arrival and there was hair on floor. The rest of the room was clean. Nice pool and hot tub. Breakfast was very basic with the same items served each day. Eggs mixed with ham, picadillo, stale bread and some day old sweets. Very average stay. Close to many restaurants and grocery stores. We won’t be back but wouldn’t discourage budget travelers to stay here.

Could not use the computer in the business center cause they were remodeling. There was not an airport shuttle because they only take you at certain times. The toilet pressure was so hard that it was leaking water on the floor as well as spraying on to me. They forget to unlock the door to access the pool which was dirty and in order to get towels they have you sign a paper and request your ID to retrieve them. There was a man with glasses at the front desk that has no manners and is no help at all. Breakfast was “okay” it’s a good thing I am not a vegetarian because the only option was cereal. I honestly would have used a different hotel had I known about the shuttle restrictions and business center. Only good thing was that the cleaning ladies always had my bed made and gave fresh towels.

The room we had was on the 2nd floor room 302 and was at the front of the hotel and at night time would not get any sleep due to the wing place Rooster bar , the music was so loud that seemed we were at a concert. The music would play till closing time which was a little after 1:00am, this Happen every night and we booked for 12 days. The pool was closed and was just open Saturday and Sunday the days we were there. The cleaning lady was the same one every night and was very friendly and left our room spilt less.
