GGuest UserAt the end of the summer vacation, I took my children to Fantawild and decided to stay because they liked the relatively new hotel. The overall environment and hygiene are very satisfactory. Before check-in, the housekeeper added WeChat to inquire about the check-in time and requirements in advance, which was very good.
But I must point out the shortcomings. After checking in, I went to the restaurant on the first floor to eat at around 12:30. I asked the butler to reserve a seat in advance, but when I arrived at the restaurant, I was told that there was no reservation. I don't know how the hotel works.
The food was not served until 50 minutes after ordering. Two families who were seated at the same time couldn't wait and left early, expressing their dissatisfaction. This aspect needs to be improved in the future.
The hotel is more business-like, with only a swimming pool and gym, and few facilities for children.

AamabilisinsaniaThe hotel is pretty nice! All the furniture and appliances are new, the bed is comfortable. There's a wifi in the room as well. Bathroom is clean. Hotel's breakfast is great, everyone can find something according to their preferences. The only negative thing there was renovation, so the view from the window was the construction site (at least it was like that on May 20, 2023). But we've stayed there only for one night so it wasn't a problem at all. All in all, 10/10!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel was clean and the rooms had plenty of space for us to stretch out. Xiao Peng at the front desk was extremely helpful. She remembered us from the first night at check in and had our room numbers memorized so she made it super simple to request our breakfast vouchers and an extra key card. She was also kind enough to give us some additional bottled water when we were checking out as she knew we had another long journey ahead of us.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The breakfast was good - plenty of food choices to select from. The guest laundry was very useful, not only was it free they provide detergent as well. We were on the top floor (fifth floor) - no issue with noise from the hallway or outside. We were there when it was particularly hot in the region but the air conditioner worked well and we didn’t have any issues keeping the room cool. The only thing that surprised us was that the hallways weren’t air conditioned, nor was the gym, so just keep that in mind if you decide to utilize the fitness room.

GGuest UserIt's my first date with my girlfriend. I read this online review is very good. I like the style. I came here. It's a surprise. I feel that it has more features and charm than a star hotel. The room is very clean, the quilt is very comfortable, and the bathroom is three-stage Separation, full smart toilet, thumbs up; drive over, the parking lot is huge, there are charging piles in the basement, and the supporting facilities are complete. My girlfriend said that she will stay here next time, she is satisfied and satisfied!

RRob212Rooms were hot, hot HOT!! I wish they’d put a window in or something to stop us from propping the corridor door open at night.
We paid for the room which gives access to the lounge. Lounge had great food and drinks of the first night - I wa impressed. They then closed the lounge on our second night and opted to give us a takeaway box which was no where near the value of paying for the executive room. Luckily, the hotel agreed to give us a refund for our remaining nights and we went to a different hotel.
I think in Normal times - when covid is well and truly finished - this hotel would get a revisit. Staff were friendly and like I said, lounge served some good food.

Mm836894399I have been booking this place to play in Fangte. There is a fast charging downstairs, and the parking space is full during the peak period. But the child likes Fangte. It is too tired to go back and forth that day. Second, we like the taste of this breakfast noodle stall. We like our appetite and rice cakes. The carpet in the room was a bit stained, the sheets were quilt cover and pillowcases were very clean, the hotel photos were forgotten, put some Fangte, it is very convenient to drive here to Fangte, Fangte has a restaurant that is delicious and forgets the name.

The basic room I booked was also large in size and the scenery was very good. The weather was not good and I couldn't take pictures. As a chain hotel, the service is expected to be good. GGuest UserThe hotel has been open for several years. Although it is not that new, it is very clean, the mattress is very comfortable, the quilt is very soft, and it smells like the sun. The staff is also very friendly. When asked about nearby places to visit, they are very enthusiastic about recommending. There are many places to eat around the hotel, and there is also a large shopping mall. The parking lot is large and free. Free car washing is also provided. The breakfast variety is not too much, but it is very complete. Overall, I am quite satisfied.
