Hotels near Hangzhou Bay National Wetland Park, Cixi

The room is clean and tidy, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, the sea can be seen from the two large floor-to-ceiling glass, and there is a reading and activity area for children on the 6th floor of the hotel. The little girls at the front desk are enthusiastic and provide attentive and thoughtful service. Breakfast is very rich and delicious! After passing the Rainbow Bridge, you can also take the elevator to the 16th floor to watch the sea, the Hangzhou Bay Bridge, and watch the sunrise and sunset. The scenery is spectacular!

Very nice and clean hotel. Easy reach to many places. Shops and restaurants nearby.

Hotel has convenient location and service was good.

Facilities: Good, relatively complete. Environment: Clean and diligently maintained. Service: Excellent from both the front desk and housekeeping!

The hotel was clean and the rooms had plenty of space for us to stretch out. Xiao Peng at the front desk was extremely helpful. She remembered us from the first night at check in and had our room numbers memorized so she made it super simple to request our breakfast vouchers and an extra key card. She was also kind enough to give us some additional bottled water when we were checking out as she knew we had another long journey ahead of us. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The breakfast was good - plenty of food choices to select from. The guest laundry was very useful, not only was it free they provide detergent as well. We were on the top floor (fifth floor) - no issue with noise from the hallway or outside. We were there when it was particularly hot in the region but the air conditioner worked well and we didn’t have any issues keeping the room cool. The only thing that surprised us was that the hallways weren’t air conditioned, nor was the gym, so just keep that in mind if you decide to utilize the fitness room.

Great experience everyone was helpful and rooms were clean and location too was good.

Beautiful new resort-style hotel. Excellent service. Modern gym and huge swimming pool. Unfortunately the saune was out of service - hope it will be fixed soon. Breakfast is delicious with western and great Chinese food. Great place to spend a weekend at.

The environment is pleasant, the front desk staff is friendly, the rooms are fully equipped, and there are smart guest control systems, making it convenient to travel around the area, which is quite impressive. Would definitely recommend !!

The hotel is very nice very clean with an original architectural and rooms so beautiful with a balcony, the inconveniences was the location can’t if you looks for something to eat or to buy outside you may use taxi each time, the automatic closing room doors make a very noisy slaps you can imagine when you are sleeping

We stayed for one night with our kids and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast buffet was great—fresh, tasty, and with plenty of variety for both adults and little ones. The outdoor hot springs were set in a beautiful, peaceful location, perfect for relaxing. The indoor pool was huge. We also received amazing service throughout our stay—staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back to this hotel!
