Hangzhou Bay Universal Hotel

The hotel staff were very welcoming and provided excellent service. The facilities were complete, the bed was just right in terms of softness, and the room was quiet. The breakfast had a Zhejiang flavor, and coffee machines and toasters were available. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and a good choice for business travelers.

Service: The room provided a crib, bed rail, and even a baby bathtub, which was incredibly thoughtful. My baby slept wonderfully, making my trip with a little one so much easier. Ambiance: The environment is excellent, and its central location means transportation is very convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby. Late-Night Snack: Every evening around 9 PM, they call to ask if you'd like a late-night snack, which is a really nice touch. Breakfast: There's a wide variety of breakfast options, including food suitable for babies, and the menu changes daily, which is fantastic.
