Xiao Tan provided excellent service.

During breakfast, the staff member Lei Weiguo brought children's cutlery for the kids, providing meticulous and enthusiastic service! This stay was fantastic! The front desk was efficient and friendly, the room was clean and bright, and the bedding was soft and comfortable – I slept soundly all night. The soundproofing was excellent, the hot water in the bathroom was strong, and the location was convenient for getting around. I'll definitely come back next time!

The room was spacious. The hotel is a bit out of the way, but it was perfect for us as we wanted a quiet getaway during the holiday season. It has a kids' play area, making it great for families. We also went to Fantawild, which was very convenient as we drove ourselves!

The facilities are good, but since it's a new hotel, there's a bit of an odor. Maybe in a year, I'll come back to try it again. The breakfast buffet had fewer options than expected, falling a bit short for a five-star hotel.

The room was very nice. There's also a swimming pool and a golf course. The gym has a lot of equipment and the breakfast is very rich. I will stay here again next time. The butler Xiao Xiong is very responsible and enthusiastic!

個人比較挑剔，所以每次出去玩做攻略都要花好長時間，這次選的酒店沒踩坑，開心 ✅位置:在管委會後麪，附近開發程度不高，所以特別適合喜歡清靜私密的人，酒店前面沒有任何高樓，所以哪怕晚上不關窗簾都可以。側面方向不遠處有個小區，簡單的吃飯買東西都方便。 ✅設施:畢竟是五星酒店，設備沒毛病，停車場方便（就是草比較旺盛），大廳清爽，房間浴缸馬桶燈光都OK，尤其花灑出水特別柔，很舒服。隔音效果不錯，除非走廊孩子嬉鬧才有一點聲音，住了兩晚夜裡沒有任何干擾。酒店1樓有健身房、游泳池（住客免費），夠用且服務態度同樣很好，2樓有小童樂園（收費）相對設施簡單了點。 ✅早餐豐富而且乾淨，中途服務收餐速度也很快。 ✅衞生:超級好評，整個酒店都很清爽，房間也乾淨，孩子穿着白襪子在地板上玩了好久，竟然一丁點沒臟。點贊酒店管理層對衞生有標準，點贊客房清潔的對細節有執行。 ✅服務:孩子床圍欄、小童洗漱用品、浴缸套袋等等，聯繫了管家馬上就送達。入住送了果盤甜湯，甚至還有一份手寫迎賓卡。前台包括路上遇到的員工都很禮貌，客氣又剋制，不冷落也不過度打擾，點贊。 天公不作美，這兩天慈溪陰雨綿綿，玩興受挫，但是宅在這麼一個全方位優秀的酒店裡也是非常愜意的。 以後再來慈溪，首選!（巧了不是，不算這句話，剛好520字）

超出預期的入住體驗！健身房游泳池高爾夫一應俱全，房間還送水果下午茶。房間打掃得一塵不染，浴缸乾淨，床品非常舒適。服務人員態度專業態度好，還免費升級了房型。早餐的本地特色小吃是點睛之筆。特別喜歡健身房，推薦推薦！

就在杭州灣邊上，開車的話很方便。高速路口下來就是的。主要提一下他們家的服務:從進門開始，每一個員工都面帶微笑，而且管家及時幫助，有什麼問題都能馬上解決。酒店配有游泳池和健身房，還有小童樂園，小童樂園超級大，游泳池安全人員也是時刻都在看着。
