衞生:住了差不多一個星期，沒有任何過敏，房間沒有異味。, 公共設施:作為民宿，廚房是不能用的，冰箱沒用。一般來這邊住的都是工作出差，這些是不需要的。有個很寬陽台，可以曬被子。, 私人房間:作為民宿，這房間特別寬，都可以切割做出兩個房間，有吹風機。, 周邊:御海苑附近有吃的，還有診所，網吧。, 缺點:帶獨立衞生間的情況下，價格是最低的，而且獨立衞生間很寬，比公共的寬。不足的地方是衞生間窗遮擋不夠嚴實，左右有兩個手指寬度的縫隙，雖然其他樓距離遠看不清，但是有點膈應人。, 工作出差的推薦來
