Excellent location. Opposite Aegean Cixi Mall. The room was clean. Unlimited mineral water. Porridge served 9.30pm till 11pm. It was delicious. Breakfast spread also nice. From 7am till 11am on weekend. Unlimited coffee at lobby. Self serves coffee machine. Laundry & gym at level 3. 24hrs Its recommonded.

Warm welcome and relaxing stay at the Atour Aegean Cixi Hotel. I arrived earlier than the check in time but they had no problem checking me in quickly. They saw me to my room and showed me how to operate the all important air conditioning system. They also connected with me on WeChat for 24/7 support. Throughout my stay, every member of staff was polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel. The Aegean mall is across the road, everything you need is on your doorstep.

Only one elevator, so you'll be waiting a long time during peak hours. Not sure if it was the bedding or just a lot of mosquitoes, but I didn't sleep well all night. Had to use mosquito repellent in the middle of the night. Plus, the front desk phone was completely unreachable.
