Staff overworked and underpaid, hence they tend to be a little grumpy! Premier inn plus sold as a bit of luxury, rooms we stayed were filthy, dirty ring around the bath on arrival, clean myself, hair all over the place clearly not hoovered if it was it was a hover hoover. Bleach stains all of the carpets, I would go on would have rather stayed in a normal room.

We had another lovely experience from check in to check out. The lovely receptionist ( lady) and a gentleman ( can’t remember their names were so polite and helpful) Amazing service really, the rooms and areas were very clean and we had a lovely sea view which made it all worth it . Breakfast was amazing and chef quite courteous greeting everyone as they pass by

This hotel absolutely falls short of what you should expect from a Premier Inn. Whilst you expect basic, the package is usually delivered to a reasonable standard, this hotel didn’t meet the mark. Location-wise the hotel was great for where I was working. Parking was sufficient. Outside of the above, unfortunately the perks end there. There is little-to-no phone signal in the hotel. I couldn’t make any texts/calls in the room and signal was non-existent in the reception and restaurant. The free WiFi was poor and did not allow me to be able to complete any work on my laptop. The restaurant has an EXTREMELY limited menu. Unless you have dinner included, I highly recommend you dine elsewhere due to the lack of choice. The rooms require an overhaul. Hygiene was not the best and as you will see in other reviews the interior is beginning to show its age.

Exceptionally great service and delicious breakfasts served. The warm and friendly staff made us want to stay longer. The beautiful seaviews from the bedroom was a great way to start the day. Just a short walk away from the beach and amusement park made it the perfect location for a family looking for a break away at the sea side. Will definitely be back soon.

We booked a sea view room but could not open the window. The room because hot and stuffy and the air conditioning was much use. The table was battered and needed repair as did the shower head which had one setting only. The TV played up and did not have all the channels working. I am loyal long time user of premier inn and was disappointed - the breakfast was ok but the bread was low and you had to ask for it and the toasters took ages too toast bread. The coffee machine had also run out of latte. Cooked food was good though.

Sadly the beds were uncomfortable and early check in was a bit of a faff and the beds were not comfy in the Seaview family room :( Very expensive for what we received but staff are a huge asset to this hotel. Breakfast was quite limited when compared with other premier in Breakfasts.
