Castle Oaks House Hotel
"The Breakfast was excellent. Service was very good all round."
Armada Hotel
"It is about 15 minutes' drive from the Cliffs of Moher. This hotel is located on the seaside and can be labeled as a five-star hotel. The rooms are comfortable and poetic. The cream liquor provided is delicious. There are also free bottled water in the room. Slippers, pajamas and disposable consumables are all available. The restaurant and bar in the hotel have a great atmosphere. The morning at the seaside near the hotel is so beautiful. Breakfast is made to order and buffet, top-notch and rich breakfast! I would like to go there again if I have the chance."
The Rine
"Beautiful location and views. So close to the castle"
Parkhouse Bed and Breakfast
"I booked a one night stay for 8 members of my family as we were doing a few nights in different places around Ireland. We had stayed in hotels on the trip which were incomparable to the warm welcome and service we received from both Sinéad and Shane here in Parkhouse B&B. Nothing was a problem, they were both available for anything we needed whether that was extra shampoo or a good chat! After providing us with plenty of advice on what we could do around Bunratty for the evening, Sinéad so kindly insisted on driving us down to the restaurant for dinner to save us organising a taxi. They also encouraged us to make use of the couches in the dining area that evening which allowed us to play a boardgame together which was lovely! The breakfast was fabulous. great variety and plenty of it available. Shane's brown bread is the best I've had - it would take trophies home in master chef!! Right up until we left the next morning, myself and my 7 family members agreed that the service was 10/10, I would highly recommend and I would certainly stay here again."
Killaloe Hotel & Spa
"Nice location. Poor selection at breakfast"
The Lakeside Hotel & Leisure Centre
"Friendly people and beautiful place to relax and enjoy nature."
Brennan Court Guest Accommodation
Sheedys Boutique Hotel & Restaurant
"Myself and my partner had an absolutely wonderful two night stay at Sheedy's. Martina was was lovely host and John cooked the most amazing food. After having dinner the first night, it was so good we booked in again for the second night. Each night the food served was delicious and a real treat. Breakfast each morning was a real treat with all the different options available, all prepared freshly. One of the best breakfasts you'll find in any hotel. The room was spacious, warm and quiet. Had a great nights sleep each night. When we are back in the area again, it will definitely be top of my list for returning too. Thanks to Martina, John and all the staff at Sheedy's."
Falls Hotel & Spa
"The building is old, floors could be upgraded but overall it's very nice. Room are large and the facilities are well maintained. Lifts were broken which wasn't ideal but I still recommend, particularly for families"

Treacys West County Conference and Leisure Centre
"⚠️ WARNING: EXTREMELY POOR HOTEL – AVOID AT ALL COSTS This is honestly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. After traveling to many countries, I have never encountered such a neglected, outdated, and unpleasant place. Condition of the hotel: The entire hotel feels like it hasn’t been renovated in at least 50 years. Everything is worn out, broken, and in terrible condition. Door handles are loose, furniture is damaged, and the overall atmosphere is depressing. Cleanliness: Absolutely unacceptable. The carpets are filthy and look decades old. The floors are dirty, and it feels like nothing has been properly cleaned in years. Bathroom & shower: Disgusting. The bathtub is cracked, old, and looks extremely unhygienic. The shower is rusty and in such poor condition that it was genuinely unpleasant to use. It felt dirty even after trying to clean it myself. Heating & windows: Heating does not work at all. Old radiators provide no warmth, and cold air comes through the windows constantly. The room was freezing. Noise: From early morning (around 8 AM), there was constant noise. You can hear everything — neighbors, movement, and general disturbance. No chance to rest. Bed & bedding: The bed creaks with every movement. The blanket feels like it’s made of paper — thin, uncomfortable, and completely inadequate. Overall impression: This place is in terrible condition and should not be operating as a hotel. It is outdated, dirty, uncomfortable, and poorly maintained in every possible way. ❌ I strongly do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. You will be extremely disappointed."
Bunratty Castle Hotel & Leisure Club, BW Premier Collection
"Visited this evening for my dad’s 60th birthday and, unfortunately, the experience was hugely disappointing. While the food was genuinely excellent, the service was among the worst we’ve experienced. Despite the restaurant being very quiet, drinks repeatedly took 15–20 minutes to arrive, starters were delayed, and I even had to collect drinks from the service station myself because nobody brought them over. We had to ask for fresh cutlery and steak knives after our mains arrived, and our side dishes came well after the steaks. To make matters worse, a waitress accidentally poured a bottle of Corona over one of our guests, our pre-arranged birthday cake was brought out with no candles at all, and one of two coffees we ordered was simply forgotten. At no point did anyone check on our table or ask if we needed anything, and a nearby table sat uncleared for over two hours. Paying €38 for a steak comes with an expectation of attentive service, and this fell far short. As locals, we’re especially disappointed because we wanted to support our local hotel and restaurant, but sadly we won’t be returning. A real shame, as the kitchen produced excellent food that deserved much better front-of-house service."
Old Ground Hotel
"I recently stayed at the Old Ground Hotel in Ennis and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel has a wonderful mix of history and comfort., the old manor house setting gives it real character, yet everything feels modern and welcoming. My room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after exploring the town. Staff throughout the hotel were consistently friendly and professional, creating a warm atmosphere that really stood out. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of Ennis, with free parking. Overall, the Old Ground Hotel delivers on charm, convenience, and genuine Irish hospitality. I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Ennis, whether for a short stopover or a"
Carrygerry Country House
"Not bad, not bad at all, this country inn"
Stella Maris Hotel
"Amazing location, staff is the nicest around and hotel is beautiful. Olya and Gitara (sp), were so amazing and friendly. Helping us out with places to see. The entire hotel staff treated us and all their patrons so wonderfully. We had planned on staying one night, but ended up booking another night."
The Ritz House
"The room was a bit small, the bath water was not bad, and the breakfast was good."
