The staff were polite. Our sheets were not changed when we arrived. The staff was notified but forgot to change them. We had to call 3 (three) times before anyone came upstairs.
The food selection was nice and the area was very clean.
The receptionist refused to give me a receipt and told us that ******* would provide that since we booked through a third party. Still waiting for a receipt. Our stay was April 25 thru 27 and we arrived at approximately 5:30 pm on Friday, April 25, 2025. Thank you.

Will Look Elsewhere Next Time
Very outdated, low maintenance is performed. Most definitely not worth the nightly cost. Breakfast was good though.

I booked this stay through ******* and paid for it in advance. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told ******* had canceled my reservation and I would have to pay for my room. I called ******* and they told me they had not canceled my reservation. I was forced to pay for my room twice.

Needs a clean
Hotel needs a deep clean and updating. One of the rooms the family stayed in had such bad mechanical noises all night they didn’t sleep. Walls are paper thin.

The trash has been outside of the next room door since I checked in on Saturday. It is now Monday morning and it is still here. I was here for two days and no one came to give fresh towels or take out the trash. I have stayed at several Hampton inn and this was the worst one I ever stayed in.

Close to downtown. Front desk person Thursday night was super helpful, friendly. Breakfast on Saturday was disappointing. We went down at 9am, breakfast is until 10, and they were out of everything. No coffee, eggs, sausage, potatoes, bagels, muffins, english muffins, and waffle mix. Everytime the women working there would come in or out from the back room she would very loudly sigh, like we were forcing her to do something she shouldn't have to do. After 15 minutes we finally got coffee, sausage and potatoes. We made do with that. I always stay at hotels with breakfast and i have never seen one as unprepared and unorganized as this one.

This property has bed bugs. I was bitten all over my body and when I told the front desk, the only thing they said was “I’ll let someone know and call you in a few days” When I returned home, there were bed bugs in my luggage. I’m and highly disappointed at how this issue was handled.

Disaster Breakfast
Breakfast offered. Refrigerator in dining area empty. No milk cartons or yogurt. Waffle batter spilled on counter and down the container. Hard boiled eggs in cool water. Microwave beyond dirty. No coffee cups. Two apples in a basket for fruit. Garbage can tops dirty. No orange juice and cold eggs and sausage. Biscuit was good!
Mini scones 4 left. Not refilled.
