"My father and I were visiting friends in Middleburg and this hotel was closest to them (and recommended by them). It was gorgeous! Everything was meticulously clean from the bathtub to the gym to the lobby area (both rooms-perfect!). I stay in hotels often, and this place surpassed my expectations. Staff was beyond friendly, and the entire experience was perfect. Thank you, Hampton Inn & Suites in Middleburg, for taking care of my elderly pops and me during our summer adventures!"

"I can’t complain about anything. From check in thru leaving I had the best experience ever. If I had one thing to say I don’t like and this has absolutely NOTHING to do with any of the staff, it’s the curtains are too short and light comes into the room early morning. Again that is an owner issue NOT a staff issue. Easy access to the interstate and local roads/businesses. Hotel bar/food was great. Cost was also very affordable. Safety is a must for a solo traveler and I felt completely safe."

Dear Marriott Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at the Marriott. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards I have come to expect from Marriott, and I felt compelled to bring these issues to your attention. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed that the hotel appeared outdated, and the check-in counter area was extremely hot, making it uncomfortable right from the start. These initial impressions were disheartening, but I was unable to obtain a refund when I inquired, so I chose to stay for the duration of my five-day reservation. During my stay, the issues persisted, and overall, the experience was disappointing. As a loyal customer who has always appreciated Marriott’s reputation for quality, this particular experience did not live up to my expectations. I kindly request that you review this matter and consider offering some form of compensation or resolution for the discomfort and inconvenience I experienced.
