Nightcap at Monash Hotel Reviews

I specifically chose this hotel because it was the closest to my child's school. It felt really unique, like the motels you see in movies. However, the hygiene, bedding, and facilities were all excellent; I had a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff and cleaning staff were very friendly, making for a pleasant experience! I had seen some reviews mentioning noise, perhaps those guests were just unlucky with noisy neighbors, but we stayed for 4 nights and it was very quiet, allowing us to rest well. Hotels in Australia typically don't provide toiletries or slippers, so remember to bring your own! They did provide free tea bags, coffee powder, white sugar, a bottle of mineral water, and a small carton of milk, which was perfect for making a latte in the morning. They even gave us three complimentary drinks, which was a nice touch! By the way, a $100 deposit (held, not charged) is required at check-in, and it must be paid by credit card, not cash. We checked out on Friday and the deposit was released on Monday morning. I highly recommend staying here. Not only is it very close to the school, but it's also super close to M-city, making shopping incredibly convenient. I didn't take many specific photos; the room photos were just quick snaps taken when I was checking out. Other pictures were taken casually when I passed by later.

Friendly staff, smooth transaction

No running hot water throughout the day. There were time the mornings are 10am no hot water. Halfway through taking shower suddenly no hot water . As it is winter , we were disappointed about this.

Had a great stay! The room was spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable and soft. Conveniently, there was parking right in front of the room, making it very easy to access. A nice bonus was the complimentary soft drinks and beers provided upon check-in. Highly recommend for a comfortable and hassle-free experience!

Nice hotel. Quite and clean

I would not recommend this hotel if you are not a very good sleeper. The noisy pub just next to the bedrooms and the disco noise lasted to next morning. I couldnt fall in sleep the whole night.It wasnt a nice experience at all.

Hotel was clean , Good Location , Value for money It’s not a 24hrs Hotel and hence you will not find any staff in the morning till 10 …. Breakfast is not live and they only give you a Small pack of breakfast. But

Room was spacious. Big enough for 3 people. Have kettle for hot water and a mini bar fridge for own use. Toilet also spacious and clean.

It is a great hotel for family if you want to stay close to Springvale and Chadstone. Check in was very easy. Free parking in front of your room. Room size is large enough for family of 4 or 5 pp. it is very clean and nice after recent renovation. Highly recommend for family. You also get bonus 2 free drinks including beers.

Was extremely happy with my stay at Night cap this 1 week I was there. Please look into providing disposable tooth brushes and the breakfast packs was a very nice touch. Kudos to the hotel team including the house keeping . Good job.
