This place is in business to cater to conventions period. If you're lucky enough to book in between one it should not be too bad, but if you book while one is there, you might not even get a room and you're going to hear loud blaring music and deal with a load of drunk stupid behavior. We were told they were not accepting third party reservations and need to call for a refund, which we did, but were left to find a room. The Hampton Inn across the street is amazing and recommended highly. The front desk here is understaffed, so if you're checking in during a convention, be prepared to stand and wait, and may result in being told there are no rooms. The cleaning staff (only one that I saw/heard). was talking very loudly on her phone for hours. The breakfast is a joke. I don't suspect they will be in business this time next year.
