Went for our family holiday here safe to say IT WAS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. Was apprehensive about the reviews at first however they were all wrong this is one of the best staycations I've ever had. Staff were lovely and were really what made this stay worth it, the food was absolutely divine and it was very peaceful. We saw one bug, it was a fly and my little one ate it. So no one went hungry. My room was heated to about 39 degrees IT WAS BLOODY BEAUTIFUL.. felt like I was in the Bahamas. ANYWAYS I will be returning and am hoping to have my wedding here in august. xx Mama Kimmy Bread.

Wow walked in smelled musty, lights not working at bottom of stairs so dark, walking upstairs was dangerous all rickety, room all walls marked and dirty, bathroom plug looked like it was 100 year old would fall to bits if we picked it up, hairs under toilet seat (*****), no staff anywhere, managed to book somewhere else, on leaving no one about so left keys in a dish on side that had keys written on it

Disgusting smelt when you walked in room was horrible got talking to someone who as been housed there by council someone tried to take there own life ambulance was called so got no sleep a window was boarded up slept on top of bed we had to go down corridor to use bathroom never stayed in a place like it it should be took of as trading waist of money

The beds were clean the carpet looked mucky ,the windowsill was loose there was wallpaper coming off behind curtain near the single bed and under window sill charged £88 for one night it had 2 single beds pushed together and a single bed near window smelt downstairs as you go in would not stay here again glad it was for only one night overly priced

On arrival the outside is run down and dirty. Have to ring a mobile number to get in as nobody there. The inside is filthy and smelly. In the bedroom it was awful, bathroom was black with mould. Couldn't stay there left straight away. This cannot be described as a Guest House more a slum
