I stayed at the hotel from Jan 31 to Feb 7, 2026, for seven nights, and I had to shower in cold water for six of those nights in the middle of winter.
On the first night, I assumed it might be a minor malfunction and let it slide. However, on the second night, there was still no hot water. I alerted the front desk, and they told me I was the only guest experiencing this issue, as they had received no other complaints. I told them it was clearly a problem with the central water heating system, but they were very adamant that nothing was wrong.
The next day, since they insisted it was only my room, I requested a room change. The manager informed me that no rooms were available and that I could only switch the following day. When I finally moved to the new room, there was still no hot water.
Only then did the manager and staff realise that the central water heating system had malfunctioned. It took another day to repair it, and I only had hot water on my last night. For a three-star hotel, having hot water is the bare minimum expectation.
Additionally, my initial room (205), located at the far end of the corridor, barely had any WiFi connection. The signal was too weak to stream a simple YouTube video. This was later verified by the hotel’s technical staff, and the connection improved only after I changed rooms. I had initially suggested that the weak signal might be due to the room’s distance from the router, but I was told that was not possible.
