Staybridge Suites Clermont Southeast by IHG

Super clean and nice spacious rooms. Breakfast was decent by hotel standards. I would certainly stay here again.

Shower in thr room was dirty. Teenagers ran through the hallways all night yelling and knocking on doors.

I understand that Breakfast ends at 9.30 but was very disappointed at 9.00 most of the dishes were empty.

I stayed for 5 nights and have no complaints, I had an amazing stayed. Closed to everything, food, shopping and my family home. 😊 The staffs were very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was very good. I’m very specific with my coffee but your coffee was the Best! I did not miss Starbucks coffee. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my families and friends.

The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food, and the lobby was a nice place for our family get-togethers.

The property was well kept and still looks brand new after ten months of operation! The staff were extremely helpful, the breakfast variety was very good and the room was immaculant!

Breakfast was excellent. Not the typical free hotel breakfast. Employees got right on replenishing items if you let them know. STaff very friendly and helpful. got an early check in which was very helpful!! Clean room and impressed with the kitchen facility in the room.

There was nothing I didn’t like. Staff were wonderful. The one day I did come back to the hotel & the fire alarm was going off. Staff did figure out what room it was. Someone decided to vape in the bathroom. My advice is don’t vape in the bathroom just because it has an exhaust fan. The smoke detector detected the smoke.

Loud and large groups/ families often taking over the entire lobby for the entire evening. Staffing didn’t correct.
