I didn’t like the pool. The water was slimy. They really need the health department looking into the swimming pool.In addition to that, room service was not good. I had to constantly ask for clean towels because room service was terrible.

The check in process was non existent I waited 25 minutes for someone to come to the front desk phone calls to the number were unanswered. It room smelled like a cat lady died in it. 2nd room bathroom smelled like a boys locker room. Checked in Sunday had not serviced the room by Wednesday. Took an intervention to make it happen hadn’t serviced again when we checked out on Friday. Spend your money somewhere else.

There was a lot of trash on the boundary of the property. They charged a fifty dollar deposit refundable deposit when we arrived to check in I thought that was different. No one was at the front desk when we arrived.we waited for about 15 minutes. The room was clean. But they could vacuum better There was crumbs along side of the beds. The air conditioner was off when we arrived it was 100 degrees out side. I think they should have turned it on before we arrived if they was trying to save on electricity. The swimming pool had a lot of leaves in it. But all and all our stay was alright.

This place is disgusting. I don't know how it has so many good reviews. There was dirt and grime everywhere, dead bugs in my bed and all sorts of issues. Absolutely disgusting.

This property is obviously in need of some maintenance. There was a large water leak in the breakfast area, the pool was green, and in general the place is showing its age. Room was fine, except for a dead bug in the bathroom. Beds were too small for 2 people.

Room had a foul smell, chair was stained, bed had stains, bathroom was in rough condition. Had a $50 deposit fee that wasn’t disclosed at the initial booking on the website.

Nice place to stay . Affordable. They had a real good breakfast but I didn't get up to eat until they had done closed but I'll definitely be back to grab some grub.

Will look for another place next time. In the past, we had hit or miss stays at the Baymont. This time was not very good at all. One bed was literally broken. There was always water leaking on the floor in the dining area. For two of our three days, there was not enough food for breakfast. The waffle batter was as runny as water. The carpets were extremely filthy this time. The air conditioning did work this time; it did not work last time we were there. It did appear that they were refurbishing some of the rooms in the back building, but they had not made it to the front building where we stayed this time. For the past few years there have been a couple very nice ladies working the front desk who remembered us from previous stays. They were no longer there. The TV and TV remote worked well and the shower had amazing pressure and plenty of hot water. It is in a very convenient location and the price was cheap, but we will be looking somewhere else next time we are in town.

We did not stay. Upon arriving the air conditioner was not on so the room was about 85°. ***** hair on the bathroom floor and a roach on the door.
