Enjoy the entire apartment for a comfortable and private stay. Parking is available for one car in the driveway, with additional street parking for your convenience.
Please note that the home is a triplex. The main front door, which is accessible to all units, opens into the main area of the triplex. However, rest assured that no one will have access to your specific unit without your permission. To access your private space, proceed to the unit doors within the main area.
Please note you may hear noise from the neighboring/upstairs unit.

By booking this property, you agree to the following rules and terms.★Guests Rules★
• Respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unauthorized guests will be charged $100 per person, per night.
• No parties or events allowed.• Pets are allowed with prior approval and a pet fee. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee in addition to the pet fee.
• No illegal drugs in the home or anywhere on the property. Violations will result in a $500 fee.
• Smoking, including marijuana, is strictly prohibited inside the house and anywhere on the property. Violations will result in a $500 fee.
• Check-out is at 10 AM; if you check out late without prior approval, you will be charged $100 per hour.
• Maximum of 8 guests. Additional, unapproved guests will be charged $100 per person, per night.
• Please clean up after yourself. Excessive mess will result in a $500 deep cleaning fee.
• Do not remove, cover, or tamper with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, security cameras, Wi-Fi equipment, or any safety devices. You will be charged for any resulting damages and reinstallation costs.
★Appliances & Maintenance★
• Please use appliances responsibly. Misuse or damage may result in additional fees.
• Do not overload the washer or dryer. Clean out the lint trap after each use.
• If something breaks or stops working, report it immediately so we can resolve it quickly.
• If we dispatch maintenance and the issue is due to user error or the item is working properly, a $75 service call fee will be charged.
★Left Behind Items★
• If any personal items are left behind, there will be a $25 fee plus shipping and travel costs to have them delivered or returned to you.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in a $500 fee and/or immediate eviction without refund.
If you notice any damages or breakages upon arrival, please inform us immediately so that we can make necessary arrangements for repairs.

After booking, we require all guests to fill out a check-in form and submit a form of ID. Rest assured, your information is not used for any other purpose and is securely saved in our software. This requirement is in place for the following reasons:
1. Safety and Security: In the unlikely event of an emergency, having your identification on file ensures we can quickly assist you and any relevant authorities.
2. Verification: To ensure the person checking in matches the booking details, preventing fraudulent activity.
3. Insurance Purposes: To ensure coverage in the event of an incident, as our insurance policies require guest identification.

★Pet Policy★
We love hosting guests and their furry friends! To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, here's our concise pet policy:
Allowed Pets:
• We welcome well-behaved dogs and cats.
• All pets must be house-trained and sociable.
• Maximum of two pets per booking.
• Preferred breeds: small pets, medium-sized dogs, and cats. We do not accept the following breeds: Great Dane, Saint Bernard, Mastiff, Irish Wolfhound, Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher and Akita.
Pet Hair Cleanup:
If your pet sheds, please clean up all pet hair before check-out to maintain a comfortable environment. Failure to do so may incur an additional cleaning fee.
We have guests with allergies, please respect this policy to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests.
Pet Fee:
A non-refundable pet fee of $20 per day for each pet is required for guests bringing pets. This fee will be added after the booking is confirmed and will not be included in the total reservation at the time of booking. We offer discounts for long-term stays on the pet fee.
