First floor fully renovated contemporary condo unit located on the 18th hole of Sugarloaf, The Old Course. We also rent a studio that is next to this rental so you may book both if you need room for two more! The condo is located 1 mile from Good Harbor Beach where you can enjoy swimming, sunsets, and bonfires. The condo is near The Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore and the villages of Glen Arbor, Fishtown-Leland, Lake Leelanau, and Suttons Bay. Bike trails, local shops, wineries, golf courses, charter fishing, rock hunting, ski resorts, and tasty restaurants are some of the highlights of things to do in the area. The condo is located approximately 20 minutes from Traverse City. The condo includes a large bedroom with a new King Tempur-Pedic bed and a his and hers walkthrough closet with an attached laundry room. In the bedroom there is also an attached full bathroom that has a tiled shower with multiple heads and body sprays and a heated tile floor. The remodeled kitchen is fully stocked with new cookware, bakeware and brand new appliances. The living room has a 55” TV, sofa, sitting chair, and open concept dining table and butlers pantry. There is also a deck off the living room a few feet from the golf course that has a grill and bistro table and chairs. On the entryway there is a covered porch with a bench. Security camera in use at entry door. Great get-away We had a great stay overall and would definitely return! The king bed was incredibly comfortable—one of the best we’ve had in a rental. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything I needed to cook, and I really appreciated the wide range of coffee options. There were also plenty of towels and bathroom necessities, which made our stay even more convenient.A few small downsides: the sofa wasn’t very comfortable for lounging, and my husband really missed having a TV in the bedroom. Also, the grill was unfortunately not usable—it was very rusty and not in a condition we felt comfortable cooking on.One bigger issue was the unexpected noise Sunday morning when a crew showed up to install a sign right outside our door. It was loud and disruptive, especially that early on a weekend. I totally understand that maintenance has to happen, but it would’ve been much more considerate to schedule that work for later in the day or a different time altogether.All that said, the positives definitely outweighed the negatives, and I’d happily stay again! Just a few small tweaks would have made this a solid 5-star experience.

Beautiful Condo, Great Location It's a perfect vacation condo for two. Plenty of choices nearby for hiking, wineries, dining and shopping, with lovely fall scenic drives in between. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, this home away from home is lovely and well stocked if you want to just stay in. Jacqueline, the host, was so easy to work with. We will be back.
