Holiday Inn Express & Suites CLIFTON PARK by IHG

We stay here each year we visit the area. Very happy with the convenient location. Close to interstate and shopping

The pool was small but very nice. And we really liked the breakfast. The thermostat in our room did not work correctly. Made the room uncomfortable most of the night

While the room was tidy, the bathroom had red mold around the handle in the shower, there were some significant stains on the furniture. Staff was pleasant and help full and the breakfast area was really nice. We liked to ability to have hot tea and hot chocolate whenever we wanted it. As celiacs breakfast had nothing really to offer us. We asked if they could let us see packaging on oatmeal and cereal to just see if any of that was gluten free with no option to even do that. Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious.

They wanted to clean room at 9 am! No thanks! We were going to get breakfast so i put sign on door till we were ready for invasion. They never came back even though sign not there more than half hour- we had wet towels from shower curtain not fitting right. I put them in hall and told manager. Got more towels. Still in hall when we checked out. Stay there when visiting son- never again!

The room had broken shades, the bathroom sink wouldn’t go down, a piece missing on the toilet seat, light fixture above the shower did not work, the soap dispenser in the shower was empty etc… to name a few. They really need to take better care if this is truly a holiday inn.

Rooms are always clean, mattresses are not too hard, continental breakfast is always available. Staff are kind and friendly.

Room was clean, front desk staff were extremely friendly! Breakfast was 10/10 loved all the different options and quality.
