Unless you like loud noise and the smell of ****, don’t stay here. The hotel itself was clean and the staff was friendly. However. I am no prude when it comes to **** but the constant overpowering stench of **** was more than we could stand. All the luggage we brought home still smell like it. The worst issue was the noise. The other guests were slamming doors and playing loud music into the early morning hours every night. Screaming and fighting in their rooms. What sounded like they were stomping in the floors above. We got little sleep both nights we were there.

The room was fairly clean beds were unbelievably hard felt like sleeping on the floor took off a comforter of the other bed and there were food stains like ketchup and mustard very disappointed stopped for a get away and hot tub time but hot tub was down

Was ok. No screaming kids was a plus.
Room was clean. The staff were friendly. And it was quiet at night, which is a big plus. However, the TV was briken and there was very often no hot water. The staff member said this was normal.

The staff informed us by telephone that our check-in would be available at 12:30 PM, but upon arrival, our room wasn't ready until 3 PM. My family and I waited in the lobby for 2 hours until it became available.

I have stayed here before when it was the baymont and it’s a nice hotel but overall is a bit dated and was a bit dirty due to renovations but I’m confident it will be nice once Reno’s are complete

I book this hotel mainly reason was hot tub when I came to hotel to check in I went to see hot tub and it was not available and closed I was very disappointed that ruined my entire weekend with no hot tub

****, sketchy elevator and loud
The overall room was great, it was very spacious but the WHOLE hotel smelled like someone was smoking ****. The elevator is very old and sketchy! It was very loud all night and early in the morning it sounded like something was crashing into the hotel! If you don’t want to smell ****, and get some peace and quiet do NOT stay here!
