This is a Fabulous pub in a Beautiful town, Just come back from a wonderful night stay here with my partner..the food and the place is run beautifully.. dont change a thing..the landlord is really accommodating in every way really griendly staff, my partner and I had lovely steaks which were cooked to perfection..and the Beers which are made on site were so fresh and spot on.. I will definitely be returning here.. Great atmosphere in the bar, and I would love to try the other home cooked food on offer next time

We use the White Horse Inn at Clun for our weekend away on the motorbikes, all rooms are in excellent condition, service is great, we are all always made welcome. Food is second to none, and the atmosphere in the bar is great, the locals always make us feel welcome.

Lovely little pub, staff couldn’t do enough for me, food was good, beer is excellent-they brew on site, just can’t fault the place. Room was comfortable, possibly a bit noisy outside from 7am but didn’t bother me. Breakfast was friendly and efficient.

I've been visiting Clun for 20 years, the last 15 staying at the White Horse Inn (minus the 2 lost Covid years, of course). I think that says it all as far as how much I like the place. The food is good, the Citadel is my all-time favourite ale, and the accommodations are comfortable. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. Nothing pretentious, just a traditional country pub that welcomes dogs. You do need to like walking or hiking to get the most out of the area - it's a small village with lovely scenery, nature and wildlife. A place in which to be quiet, except maybe when the Green Man festival is happening!

Absolutely lovely, the food the staff and the room , we stayed here for 1 night over the Green man festival weekend, such a lovely place, nice walks and friendly people and atmosphere, would definitely go again . Thankyou to all the staff for making our stay comfortable.

A completely authentic Inn with traditional hosts and pub environment. At the heart of a wonderfully preserved small town. Don`t worry about he 'ameneties' twaddle ... this is simply a great place to stay!

A great place to escape to,I got a Groupon deal glad I did.great food ,traditional pub, with real ales in a location that's rural and quiet and great for walkers .definitely will return.very affordable accommodation Thanks to all the staff for making us so welcome

Beer kept well and local breweries food excellent recommended table booking for food as locals as well as visitors eat there.very friendly and pleasant staff and local people .Will visit again hopefully soon

Stayed here night before challenge choose an outside room clean and very quiet. Staff very friendly and typical village pub . Great beer brewed on premises. Booked meal for 6 pm great pub food at a reasonable price. Hubby had breakfast as I had to be at start at 7 he said it was good
