Atlanta Marriott Northwest at Galleria

Awesome for Braves fans! Great stay for a braves game. Our best overnight experience yet! All of the staff wore jerseys on game day. There were cute balloons, a shuttle... Just overall great overnight stay for a braves fan!

The purpose of my trip was to attend a baseball game at The Truist Park. The location proved to be ideal. A brief 13-minute walk with ample guidance from officers ensured a safe pedestrian experience. The hotel lobby was well-appointed and the bar offered exceptional wings and pizza at a reasonable price. However, my stay on the 3rd floor was marred by a rundown and uncomfortably hot hallway. The room was smaller than anticipated and the bathroom lacked a clean appearance and proper ventilation. Unfortunately, I will not be returning due to concerns regarding cleanliness.

We came for opening Braves game. We were able to get early check in so grabbed a bite to eat at restaurant. It was delicious and staff was awesome.

Everything was good unless the shower with poor performance, minimum water flow no pressure water at all

My Stay Overall a good experience. The day of our conference registration the systems were down requiring guest to wait in a longer line and complete manual check-in information. The problem was resolved by the next day. Outside of this, my room was clean, bed comfortable, and enjoyed my stay. There was a problem with getting out of the parking lot regarding payment at the gate. This was likely due to the systems issue at check-in. I was overcharged for parking which was disappointing. Otherwise, the hotel is within a few minutes of excellent restaurants and things to do for families, groups, etc.

Nope - Not Going Back The check-in for this experience was terrible. The front desk person was quite disinterested in actually offering any sort of customer "service." In fact, when he couldn't find my reservation he was said, "Are you sure you're not at the Spring Hill?" Then two/three other people came up and he helped them first before proceeding with searching for my reservation. I was so annoyed, it put me in such a bad mood. He eventually found my reservation and realized he had to check a different system to find me. Then he put us in a room that was not fully furnished. It was just a bed and a desk, the chair and side table was missing in the room. It looked like it was put barely put back together after being "renovated." We had to ask for a different room. I was very disappointed again and we asked to get a different room. Again, the front desk person was annoyed with us and reluctantly gave us a new room. The hotel was only 40% full, so it wasn't like there weren't other rooms available. Overall, I would never go back to that hotel with such a bad experience.
