"The rooms were spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and each room had a large, en-suite bathroom. I booked a forest room, and the balcony was nestled in the shade of trees, which was very pleasant. Although it's advertised as a two-bedroom room, there's also a loft room with a double bed. I walked around and found that the rooms near the water were far from the road, and the sound of the water was very soothing. It's about 15 kilometers from the city center, and the scenery along the way is fantastic. The hotel's restaurant looked mediocre on the menu, so I didn't try it. The front desk staff seemed unfamiliar with the local hiking trails, which was a significant improvement over some hotel receptionists in China. However, with proper research, it should be fine. Considering the price, this is a great place for a family trip. If I come back to this area, I would consider booking here again."

"Charming Nostalgic Vibes and Excellent Staffing I had a wonderful stay here and was particularly impressed by how well-managed the property is. The check-in counter was appropriately staffed, and the friendly team made the process seamless. Since the hotel is quite large, the staff provided a map of the vicinity and very clear instructions on how to reach our room. Even though our room was located quite a distance from the reception, we had no trouble finding our way. Parking was consistently busy, but despite the high volume of cars, we were always able to find an available spot without much stress. We absolutely loved the room! it has a beautiful nostalgic feel that manages to feel classic rather than "old." It was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge. We didn't utilize the balcony since it faced the parking lot, but I imagine it would be lovely to crack open for some fresh air during the summer. One minor disappointment was the amenities. They provide Salt & Stone products, which we love, but unfortunately, the shower and bath gel hadn't been topped up prior to our check-in. It was a shame we didn't get to use them, but it didn't overshadow an otherwise great stay. Overall: A great blend of character and efficiency. I’d definitely stay here again!"

"i book 3 night and 1 night here. I specifically booked a room with a King bed, but on two separate occasions, they claimed I had booked a 2 Queen room instead. At first, I thought it was a glitch with the booking website, but I realized it’s actually the hotel’s fault! My boyfriend had the exact same experience last time—he was also told there were no King rooms available. I am extremely disappointed with this business. On top of that, the front desk’s attitude was terrible, basically saying 'take it or leave it' because they didn't have any other rooms. 我在这里定了两单（3晚+1晚）。我明明特意选的King Size大床房，结果两次前台都非说我定的是两张Queen Size的房间。刚开始我还以为是订房网站的bug，后来才发现这就是酒店的惯用伎俩！我男朋友上次来也是完全一样的情况，也被告知没有大床房。 真的对这家店太失望了。最过分的是前台态度巨差，一副“反正没别的房了，你爱住不住”的嘴脸"

"This is a beautiful resort located in the middle of the canyon. It's a little bit far from the town, however, you get really connected with nature. I had a room facing the canyon, it's beautiful like you are living solo with nature. The sunlight is great, the rooms are clean and cozy. It does need some maintenance as it gets old over time, however, they are very comfortable to stay in. The best thing I love is the energy in the house and around. Stuff are super nice there and easy to work with."
