The bed was a little hard, but the room was overall was very nice and clean. No big complaints at all.
However, when we pulled into the parking lot late at night, there was a shirtless man half passed out on the sidewalk. There was some other people from the room who said he was doing okay, but he remained laying down on the sidewalk next to their room.

Left an item in the room accidentally. called the hotel and it got the run around about getting the item back. The room was OK. Staff was rude.
