Added an extra night short notice, was told i would change rooms from queen to king. Was kept in queen. Had a housekeeper try to come in, ( no knock) stating "this room should be empty". So l, i guess lack of communication within staff. I understand remodel was happening but it was stull a bit frustrating.

Bad breakfast
The breakfast option was lacking not what I expected when it said hot breakfast on the site but everything was in the refrigerator i had to heat up my own eggs and sauage like what

Very mediocre. Noisy neighborhood. Bed was very uncomfortable. After flushing toilet it took it 4 hours to stop making noise. Had to go to desk because card for door stopped working twice. After cleaning service came it looked like they went through our luggage.

Staff was friendly. Room was small but clean. Window did not lock without a stick. Security door opened without a key for everyone.
