The rooms are rather outdated and quite frankly, like an American motel. There are cigarette burns for every lost soul that ever had the misfortune to stay here. Yours, Morris Baker."

"Title: Disappointing Stay - Would Not Recommend My recent stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was not clean, with visible cobwebs and even spiders, which left a very unpleasant feeling. To make matters worse, my children developed rashes during our stay, possibly due to insect bites. The breakfast experience was equally underwhelming. The selection was limited, and when I asked for a clean spoon, the gentleman at breakfast was quite arrogant. He pointed me to two dispensers, one labelled "clean" and the other "dirty." However, the "clean" dispenser also had dirty spoons mixed in. When I pointed this out, he showed no interest in addressing the issue. Given these issues, especially the impact on my children’s health, I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It was an unpleasant experience overall."

"The car park was covered in potholes bordering creators! I walked in to a completely empty reception, no one behind to the counter, waited atleast 30mins (I gave up checking my watch at this point) for someone to appear, eventually checked in, got to a freezing cold room that smelt of stale cigarettes. The bathroom looked old, warm and dated. Noise in the corridors where amplified but drowned out by the noise of the passing traffic. Left with my legs and ankles covered in insect bites"

"Friendly staff and clean. However, we left the hotel room door keys in the bar and went to a function. On our return we realised we had no keys. Unfortunately the Hotel closes at 2300 and they have no night porter and wasnt given an emergency number. So we couldnt access our room. Therefore we slept in our car. We managed to get in and retrieve our belongings when staff arrived in the morning to prepare Breakfast. Though it was our mistake it was very frustrating that we couldnt communicate with anyone. Also, this is a safety issue."
