Great food but was locked upstairs. This hotel was pleasant and not fancy but comfortable. The food at dinner was wonderful. The big downside was not being able to get downstairs before the lift and door to the stairs opened at 7am. We were advised we could use the fire escape outside. When I couldn’t use the lift I carried heavy luggage downstairs only to find the door was locked. Not safe!!!

Good stopover, conveniently located just outside Brioude, off the main road yet very quiet. Clean and comfortable bedroom and bathroom. Good parking. We didn’t use the pool but it looks very good. Restaurant and service were excellent and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommended.

Un big up à l'équipe qui est vraiment super a tout point de vue : service, acceuil, animations, respect du timing, gentillesse et implication Situé proche de la route, c'est néanmoins un havre de paix quand vous êtes coté spa et jardin Les équipements sont vraiment bien ( fitness, sauna , jacuzzi , piscine ) C'est un lieu idéal pour une fête de famille ou entre amis Les chambres sont sommaires, manque un peu de déco mais la literie est bien Nous avons pris un dejeuner en buffet, un dîner et un brunch et c'était parfait ! Je recommande vivement cet endroit

Mauvaise foi et mensonges pour se dédouaner d'un manque d'eau chaude et d'une panne de climatisation. Malgré cette panne en fin d'après-midi, ils n'ont même pas pris la peine de prévenir les clients lors de leur passage à l'accueil le soir . Pire, lorsque je les ai informé de la panne le lendemain matin ils m'ont dit qu'il aurait fallu que je les prévienne alors même que le Groupe Clim était déjà démonté bien avant que je passe à l'accueil. Irrespectueux envers leurs clients ...

Alojamiento de una noche con cena y desayuno. Parking en la misma puerta gratuito. Sobre la habitación poco que decir, confortable para 1 o 2 noches, es bastante sencilla y un tanto anticuada pero suficiente para 1-2 días, por el precio que tiene muy bien. Tiene un jardín con una terraza y piscina para verano, buen servicio de bar con muchas opciones de bebida. El restaurante fantástico, todo muy bueno, buena presentación, buen servicio y buenos precios. Si vuelvo por la zona repito, calidad precio bueno.

C'est un bel hôtel par rapport à la qualité/prix. L'accueil à notre arrivée était sympa, un peu moins lors du service au restaurant. La chambre était propre et d'une belle taille, l'air conditionné fonctionnait bien. Par contre, nous étions la 1ere chambre à côté de l'escalier extérieur allant à la piscine. Je ne vous laisse imaginer le nombre de fois que nous avons entendu cette porte claquer. La piscine était bien entretenue et d'une température parfaite, par contre trop peu de fauteuils. Le petit déjeuner était bon sans plus. Nous avons été envahis de mouches et avons dû prendre notre dîner et notre petit dejeuner à l'intérieur où il faisait trop chaud. Le repas était bon mais d'après les commentaires, nous nous attendions à mieux. Sympa le coq dans le jardin!

Très belle surprise que ce restaurant. Belle terrasse, service attentionné et repas excellent. Nous avons été conquis. La cote de bœuf était parfaite, nous reviendrons. Nous n'avons pas testé l'hôtel.
