Room has almost nothing working properly - AC remote not working - full night AC water spreading in room -- blankets smells - no room service - parking is a headache- no assistance at gate

Property's location is good, it is on main road only. And has good Connectivity with railway station and bus stand. All amenities and services are up to the mark as mentioned.

they didn't provide extra mattresses for the third person. I don't know why they inplace allow 3 person in a deluxe room.
