The hotel is well located, next to shops where you can stroll until 10 p.m. Shuttle service every 15 minutes to their private beach with bar and sun loungers. Fine . Cleaning service in the hotel is in order, the minibar is replenished free of charge every day. A big negative of the room are the rock hard mattresses, which gives you a lot of back pain after a week. The food in the restaurant is tasty, varied and well prepared. Breakfast is a little less… few sweet things, more savory…, but no bacon for example. I can recommend the hotel, the all-inclusive formula is OK, the cocktails are tasty... all for a fair price.

The hotel service is very good everyone who works is nice and friendly. The food is very good and varied... From the moment we arrived we immediately received the room it was clean and beautiful... The rooms are cleaned daily. The entertainment is very enjoyable every night and the beach service is good and the food is delicious... Thank you for a pleasant stay

I actually went to the Crown Serenity in October 2023 just before they closed for the winter and more recently at the end of last year to the 5******Crystal or Diamond as its now called just down the road. I do love this part of Side. The Serenity is a great hotel in a great location with great staff and of course a great beach with restaurant and the foods good tooo even though we did go end of season and lots not on offer in October. Cant wait to go back in 4 weeks this time peak season.......... wait for update this time we have booked a pool view will be nice to compare a few years down the line. K and E

I had a lovely stay at Side Crown Serenity Hotel, and one of the highlights was definitely the Vitamin Bar. The drinks were fresh, delicious, and perfect for cooling off during the hot afternoons. The staff at the bar were always friendly, quick, and professional – they really made the experience enjoyable. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing and clean, and it's clear that the team puts effort into keeping everything well-maintained. However, one thing I missed during my stay was some kind of animation or entertainment in the evenings. The hotel could really benefit from offering some light shows or activities to bring a bit more energy, especially for guests staying more than a few days. Still, if you're looking for a peaceful and comfortable vacation spot with great service and refreshing drinks, Side Crown Serenity and its Vitamin Bar are a great choice. thank you for kaptan and şuko .

The hotel is in a lovely area , with a beautiful beach close by , the hotel has 2 large pools with water slides, bar and restaurants staff are extremely helpful and friendly pool bar serve fresh waffles , great entertainment team , Chaima and Aron are amazing

Went with my partner for a couple of refreshing drinks by the pool, customer service was immaculate especially Ahmet and family running the vitamin bar! Would highly recommend. The location of this hotel is also great with loads around about.
