"The place could do with a good cleaning, overall its a good stay, but dust should be wiped on top of their lights in the room, or on the shower. Good heating and hot water, no smell in our room, friendly reception service. Nice view from our room."

"Didn’t expect to be staying in a block of rooms which were pretty soulless. Wanted to go into the Hotel bar for a drink but because we didn’t have a meal booked, as wanted to go out to Portreath by the sea for food, we weren’t allowed in the bar for a drink from 6pm, it was cordoned off! so I have no idea what the hotel bar is like. So I feel for the money we paid we didn’t actually get to use any of the hotel. All we wanted was a drink in the bar with the view. I won’t be rushing back."
