Todo perfecto, limpio, cómodo, agradable...
Se echa de menos que el horario de la cafetería no sea más amplio, hasta las 23:00 pienso que se queda corto. Pero en general todo bien, el trato con el personal es correcto, las instalaciones son bastante nuevas, las camas cómodas, la limpieza es muy buena...

L'hôtel est bien placé et très accessible, le long d'un axe routier sur la route entre Madrid et Ségovie à moins d'une heure de Madrid au pied des collines et non loin des stations de ski. Tout est fonctionnel, les chambres sont confortables et de bonnes dimension, et calmes malgré la proximité de la route, il y a un grand parking. Cela n'est pas un hôtel de charme, mais le rapport qualité/ prix est bon, il n'y a rien à redire.

Another reasonable hotel for stopover en route to somewhere. Half an hour easy drive from Valle del Cuelgamuros and San Lorenzo. Clean bedroom, comfortable bed. No facilities in room. ( We always bring a travel kettle when travelling in Spain). Nice receptionist. Breakfast extra price.

The room was clean the bathroom was clean the cleaning service was good but the furniture and the floor was a little bit old and damaged. The breakfast was ok and the reception staff was very nice. In my future visits i will also stay at this hotel

Great and friendly service Comfortable beds Location is a bit too far from Madrid There's a gas station, a supermarket and a Burger King at walking distance Our room smelled like cigarette but we were immediately changed. Would come back again

Hotel de batalla o de paso, para pasar una dos noches como máximo, ideal para pernoctar y visitar la zona oeste de Madrid Sobre el hotel diré que tiene aparcamiento gratuito y amplio ,habitaciones anticuadas, en mi caso la 218 es una habitación amplia , pero que se le nota el paso del tiempo,al igual que a los colchones y almohadas se hunden un poco,el mobiliario y parquet bastante trillado , el aire de climatización no funciona, la tapa estaba en el cajón de la mesilla, sobre el lavabo diré lo mismo que de la habitación que está antiguo pero limpio. Sobre el personal no hay quejas, todos son muy amables , y aunque no dependa de ellos recomendaría a quien corresponda que les proporciona una placas identificativas o identificadores personales para poder dirigirse a ellos por su nombre , sobre la cafetería solo tomé un poleo, lo encontré caro y mal servido

Hotel muy normalito, para una noche tiene un pase, las habitaciones necesitan reforma, los colchones incómodos, la almohada tenía pintas de moho, el servicio amable, en el desayuno me siervieron sin gluten y pedí huevos revueltos y sin problema
