The air-conditioner doesn’t work. Initially, I couldn’t switch on the air-conditioner using the thermostat in the room. The hotel staff helped turn on the air-conditioner from the central system. The room temperature eventually was getting very cold, and I had to call the front desk to switch off the air-conditioner from the central system for me. They did offer to change my room, but air-conditioner in the new room didn’t work as well. At last, I still cannot switch on/off the air-conditioner or change the temperature using the thermostat even though I have the thermostat in the room.

Hotel itself was really nice. Lovely room, great chilling reception area that had good seating and entertainment. The breakfast was LOVELY, so so nice. Only downside was that it was slightly dirty in my room, with some hairs I found around and then the reception workers were not the most welcoming. They were helpful but they did not seem like they wanted to be there to work and offer the service, did not seem very approachable.

We had a late arrival and early departure at Atlanta's Hartsfield Jackson International Airport. Easy to board the skytrain (light rail to ATL West parking garage and Rental Car Center), walk to the Tru about a block, and get some sleep before awakening at 4 am and heading back into the airport.

Great hotel. Room was clean and services. Buffet breakfast was good. Right by the airport. You take the airport tram and it’s two stops to & from the airport. I enjoyed my stay.

The room was super big, clean and tidy. I slept very comfortably after a long journey. The hotel is right next to the airport and close to the car rental center. I chose this place because I had to pick up the car the next day. The skytrain seems to be at the car rental center station and it is only a 200-300-meter walk away. It is a little inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage. The room rate includes breakfast. There are not many varieties but it is very satisfying. I compared the nearby hotels and found that they should be similar after seeing them in person, but this one feels more cost-effective. The front desk is very enthusiastic, and the most important thing is that the surrounding area is also very safe.

The location is convenient, the Sky train to the airport is only a few minutes away. The room has a strange smell, the pillows are uncomfortable, and the refrigerator is very loud. It is not recommended for people who require good sleep quality.

The room is clean, safe, convenient and spacious

It's pretty good. The environment and aspects are okay, but it's not good to have to pay separately for parking.

Near the airport, good value for money

The hotel is very new. You can take the light rail directly to the airport in a few steps. The price is also very reasonable.
