"Just recently stayed at JWMarriot at Marco Island. (March 12-15) Reserved two rooms that were supposed to be Kings with pullout bed. When we arrived and checked in we had two king rooms with no pullout bed. We had our grandchildren with us and we needed the pullout beds. Hotel agreed to provide roll out bed but very uncomfortable and not what we paid for. I have requested a refund"

"My stay was good at first. The staff was friendly and helpful when I checked out. Unfortunately, I left behind an expensive shirt that held great sentimental value. I went back to look for it after checking out, but no one knew where it was—whether someone had it or if it had been thrown away. It’s a nice property, but when something goes wrong, no one does anything 👎👎👎"

"Your advertisement on social media is deceptive  Rooms need upgrade had to change room from third floor to second floor the room assigned smelled  terrible no closet door very poor laundromat terrible upgrade your machines The room that was given kitchen was not completed on top of fridge cabinet was started  and not completed  Breakfast hot as hell and the attendant very annoying even moved my coffee not nice keep making gestures to close refrigerator door very unprofessional  Will not recommend to anyone  very disappointed"

"From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out we were treated like royalty from the entire staff. I had asked for special arrangements to be set up in our room prior to arrival and they were done exactly as requested. The room was tastefully decorated and very comfortable with a private patio where we enjoyed our breakfast each morning. The pool and hot tub were easily accessible and pristine. The restaurant has a very fine menu and the food is deliciously prepared. The wait staff at the restaurant is very attentive and also knowledgeable about the extensive wine list. The beach butler service is most convenient. The front desk staff is also very helpful and congenial. Marco (the person of all trades at The Escalante) is indispensable and helped us multiple times daily at a moments notice. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone visiting Naples or locals in Naples wanting a romantic getaway!"
