Not good
We had a water leak in the bedroom. Soaked the bed wouldn’t even offer to give us a discount.

We stayed here last year on Friday night of the Labour day weekend as well. Great place...very quiet, out of the way of the main roads and highways. We have stayed in two different units and both were extremely clean, even clean smelling. Kudos to the housekeeper (we met her last year but I forget her name). The owners are also super nice and friendly. We have two kids, age 4 and 9 and found the place to be very spacious and inviting. Hoping to make this a yearly tradition of staying here Friday night and heading to St. John's the following morning for back to school shopping. Would recommend Comerford's to anyone.

Property overall is well kept. I expect an ocean view but our suit was in the basement which is unexpected. You can hear foot steps of people who accomodate oabove us. Wifi at first work then the next day were not able to connect and were out all day so not really thats the only thing we would like. Water 8s not hot in the shower..i would say mild.

The property was in a great location, easy to get to other towns and scenic drives. The upholstered furniture was very worn out and dirty. We stayed in two different units and found the same.

we were in a basement unit, and the laundry was right outside of our door, making it very easy to do some wash.
it was well equipped.
