"Our power went out Saturday night in Memphis due to the severe storm we had. So I booked a room for two days at Homegate since it was far from where I live. So our lights came back on the next day. So I asked the attendant AJ or Ajar if my wife and I could get a refund for the last night that we want need now. He refused to give up a refund even though I explained our situation. The motel had a bad old smell, people arguing all night in the parking lot, and the AC was crazy loud. Would I book here again...HELL NO!!!"
