This is a very nice hotel with excellent value for money. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the overall environment is quiet and well maintained. The location is convenient, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is ok . A bit dated , but still ok. Being charged The “Resort fee” for ammenities and wifi upon check out was a surprise as it was not mentioned at the time of booking, check in or on any communication I received from the hotel .

Nice clean place, big room. We got a room on the second floor and farthest from reception and there is no elevator and with the indoor swimming pool on the lower floor that meant a lot of walking and climbing stairs. Our units door was out of sorts, very difficult opening and shutting it. it is 10 minutes ride from Blue mountain village where most the action is. No restaurant of own, there is a restaurant Gustav in the building which gives a measly 10% discount after charging high prices . However no other nearby pocket friendly food options except at the blue mountain village

Lovely staff, very clean, quiet and well kept.

Spacious room that was newly renovated. Biggest problem was the fridge leaking, but the staff was proactive to investigate the issue after we checked out. We're still waiting to hear back, but appreciated the recommendation to provide feedback.

Great location and I loved that there were balconies for each room. Room cleanliness could be improved but overall a great stay

I was working in the area and a snow storm came through making it difficult to return home to Barrie. I booked a room last minute online at a great rate, and only had to show my ID when I checked in.

It was an 8 minute drive from the village, but that was a good thing. It was quiet, service was good. My wife and i had a great time and would stay here again. The restaurant on site is very good.

A few minutes drive from the Blue Mountain Ski Resort and the town, a very nice hotel with a grand piano at the front desk and a restaurant on the first floor

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Very clean room. Very comfortable bed.

Everything is good, but I didn't like one thing: they didn't check us in early at the hotel, we waited until 4 pm

They left me without Christmas dinner, it would be important for them to remember the $250 deposit they ask for. They withheld the money we had planned for our weekend. I wouldn't go back, I much prefer Airbnb. I wanted to try tripping in hotels and I regret it!!!!!
