Do note that this is a serviced apartment, located about a 10 to 15 minute walk in a straight line from Gare de Colmar, depending on your pace. The accommodation is very clean and quiet. The room is well-equipped with a mini kitchen, fridge, and microwave, and it even has a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The only downside was the kettle, which wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. When I boiled water twice, it turned cloudy, so I eventually bought bottled water instead. The bathroom was spotless, and bath soap was provided. However, if you prefer liquid shampoo and body wash, I recommend bringing your own. You can also enjoy a lovely backyard, ideal for sitting outside under the sun or stars. There’s even a swimming pool, though I didn’t use it since I hadn’t packed swimwear. Overall, I had a wonderful and comfortable stay here. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and convenient place with everything you need for daily comfort.

The hotel has its own underground parking, which is very convenient and reasonably priced. The room was clean, but we had to make our own beds, though fresh sheets and duvet covers were provided. The bathroom didn't have toiletries, just a small bar of soap for handwashing. The single bed was quite narrow, but the sofa bed was large and very comfortable. With a pool and paid breakfast, it's a good value-for-money economy resort hotel. Please note: This room type does not have a balcony, despite what the website photos show.

This place has been pleasant and has been so easy to get to all the Christmas markets. The staff are courteous and in overall, this stay has made Colmar a wonderful place to be staying in. Vignesh & Sasha

Only 10 minutes walk from Colmar train station. And from station you can take buses to most of the villages such as Eguisheim, riquewihr, Kaysersberg.

Excellent accommodation! Water temperature in the pool was pleasant, room was very clean with all necessary kitchen equipment. All in all, warm recommendations! And the most important, communication with trip.com was smooth!

Nice location

The location is a bit far from the old town (about a 15-minute walk), but it has a pool and a resort-like atmosphere, which was fun! The view is great, and it's a great place to eat! Parking is also convenient.

Quiet hotel-residence, basic service (reception according to set schedule, breakfast by reservation, possibility of private parking space), well-equipped and clean studio, kitchenette, quiet rear terrace. Pedestrian access from the back of the building (very practical).

Everything is great, the kitchen has everything you need. You have to make your own beds. A deposit is required, but payment must be made by card! The only inconvenience is that check-in is until 7:00 PM; keep that in mind when planning. The interior area is pleasant. It's very convenient for families.

It is a very spacious, clean, and well-maintained accommodation. There is a large dining table and easy access to the outlets. I was able to work on my computer in my free time. The bathroom was also sparkling clean, and I was happy to see that the kitchen was newly equipped with a set of sponges, detergents, etc. Face towels and bath towels for two nights were provided, as well as a set of spare sheets. The towel warmer in the bathroom was powerful, and it was very helpful that thin laundry dried in less than an hour. My bottoms and shirts were dry by the next day. It was only a 15-minute walk to the center of Colmar, and the time flew by while I was enjoying the scenery. The female staff at the reception spoke very clear English and was kind, and was happy to print tickets, etc. Overall, it was a very good accommodation, and I would highly recommend it to other Japanese people!

Friends who mind should pay attention: The front desk said that they are not a hotel, so if you need cleaning service, you have to pay extra (15 euros/person), otherwise no one will clean the room, and you have to throw away the garbage yourself. There is only one garbage bag, and you have to pay for more. In addition, you have to make the sheets, quilt covers and pillowcases in the room by yourself. They will be provided but not made for you. The location is not bad. It is not in the town of Colmar, but it is not far away. You can walk into the town by 700 meters to 1 kilometer. It is relatively close to Colmar Railway Station, about 600 meters away. It should be in the local residents' community. The surrounding is very quiet. We were lucky and encountered a particularly beautiful sunset one day. The whole residential area was like the sunset in Pixar animation, all shrouded in a golden pink. Sure enough, art comes from life. The service is OK, and the front desk can speak English. If you want to visit the towns around Colmar, it is recommended not to spend 26 euros on the tour bus, which is a big loss Because there is a bus every hour to hour and a half at each stop. The bus is very small. Once it is full, you can't get on. You have to wait for the next bus. There is no service to add more buses. The most important thing is that the bus can actually reach the surrounding towns. The fare is only 1.5 euros per person. It is very cost-effective and you can go wherever you want. Colmar and the surrounding towns are still very beautiful and worth visiting. It is also the filming location of the Chinese restaurant.
