Disappointed with the room for the price, very sad and in need of renovation. The mattresses have seen better days and need replacing. The Shower is actually in the bath and has a 1970s plastic shower-curtain. Also the bath is very slippery and there is no anti-slip mat....dangerous for older guests or anyone. Not sure how old this place is but the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything next door. I cannot see how this qualifies as 3 star Hotel when right next door you have a modern Roisolei 3 star hotel

Four days with family with children spent here at the Campanile what can I say welcoming and helpful staff excellent location given that it is 3-4 minutes by car from the heart of Colmar reserved car park decent breakfast, good cleanliness the bathrooms need to be looked at again I would renovate those. Overall I gave it 5 stars because for what we paid we had a good time. A pleasant New Year's Eve dinner, there are various centers within walking distance and it is well connected to the motorway to visit the various neighboring villages.

Very beautiful Christmas decorations on the establishment, the super friendly team, quality breakfast, to do again. Visit to Colmar Christmas market, this market is magnificent with all these lights.

First of all, obviously forget about getting to this hotel if you don't have a car. Communication with the city center is horrible. The hotel itself is not bad but the problem is that its beds are too soft and the room is too small which makes it somewhat uncomfortable if you have to stay there for two or three days as happened to us. Breakfast with a somewhat high price, but there are several options around (if you go by car).

Hotel located in a district of ************. So in the evening it is not frequentable with the comings of customers.. The rooms are dilapidated. Very small rooms. Decent breakfast Average meal

Old hotel, they only change your towels if you throw them on the floor, poor breakfast made up of frozen products and if you arrive 20 minutes before the end of breakfast you won't find anything to eat. You call the waitress to tell her and she doesn't even turn around. Embarrassing.
