Great location . Jose at front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The room was small with quirky layout, which we knew when we booked . Nice toiletries. I contacted property twice by email with questions. Never received a response. Wifi was spotty. In room safe did not work. Was told battery died last week. Jets on tub did not work. Was told also stopped would week. I would not consider this a " luxury boutique" hotel as promoted.

Beware! This place is a rip off! We booked this hotel via their web site directly. Unfortunately, we never received a booking confirmation, instead only a confirmation about the payment. Later, we found out that the reservation was made for the wrong dates. We received a cancellation from the hotel BEFORE we could check in and our money was gone. We addressed this multiple times with phone calls and different employees, apparently nothing can be done here. Not accommodating or courteous. Just unfriendly. This is incredibly disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Seems like customer satisfaction is not a priority in this hotel. Will also never book a hotel again via their own web site...lesson learned.

We've traveled all across Europe, many beds. This was like sleeping on a rock. Self proclaimed 4 star - probably a 3 star, but run like a 2 star. Pillows - like a bag of feathers, zero support. No daily service. Said they forgot. Hmmm . Had to get out own towels etc.. needless to say the room was not serviced. Breakfast. Get there early. They don't replenish anything. The pool girl when I asked for more fruit salad, she was nice enough to slice up a Kiwi, and then throw a few grapes in for good measure. They do have fresh squeezed OJ though. SPA? no. It's a dungeon used for storage. Looked at us like we were crazy entering the forbidden zone. After hours access: good thing we got back in time before the gate closes. Apparently there is another key to use to get in. No one told us, but we got back in time. With this level of service, hate to think we'd be stranded outside the gates. Parking - Uh where. No, you have to park in city parking up the road, Think it was like $25 per night. Rooms - fairly descent overlooking the dead plant in the room. Oh and the TV has all the apps, one local station. Only problem is the guy says the apps can't access the internet - OKKKKK. Good shower but remember to get your own towels in the am. A/C works good Nice staff, just badly run/managed.

Quirky hotel, redesigned older home into a hotel. Tried to look minimalist boho mid century modern wit grey wall, plastic furniture and as a bonus dual bathrooms. It is air conditioned, has nice toiletries, coffee machine and tea pot. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was decent but it's a one person operation and tiny room that can't accommodate all guests. A tour group stayed there and most of the food had been eaten, and there either wasn't enough prepared or it was overwhelming to keep up. Central location...owner drove me herself to the train station... very nice gesture

Hotel right on a quiet street near the walking part of the city, petit venice, and the covered market. Once we found it after driving round and round due to our GPS NOT knowing that the streets were now blocked due to a courtyard restaurant, we settled into a small, clean room with comfortable bed, air conditioning that worked (!!), internet and a delightful breakfast. Had shampoo/conditioner/ hair dryer. Good enough clothes storage. Elevator is small but enough to get your gear upstairs. Parking on street at night but have to move in morning unless you park in garage a few blocks away.

on return from champagne area we stopped in Colmar, this hotel is very nice , located right in the center of Colmar ,rooms are nice and spacious, excellent breakfast and parking located very close to hotel

The hotel is in a great location, in the center but not in the most crowded streets. Good cleaning, nothing to say. The room is also comfortable, modern and quite spacious. Consider that it is a very small hotel with practically non-existent services (reception closed at night) but if you only need it as a base for a tourist tour it is more than fine.

Well-centered hotel next door in an alley. Be careful with GPS and traffic restrictions in the city center. No parking directly at the hotel. Small access courtyard, L-shaped building with automatic door to enter (practical). Reception and breakfast staffed by young people (student type) sometimes a little overwhelmed. Breakfast in a narrow and not very welcoming room with a very standard buffet and freshly squeezed orange juice. Tables cleared late and buffet sparsely stocked. Rather large room with arrangements under the eaves (entrance with sloping roof for the shower). There is a feeling of "old-fashionedness", the hotel is 10 or 15 years old and has not been updated. For example, no hook for the laundry at the shower exit. Paint connection in the toilet with another paint (broken toilet paper holder, replaced by a stand), broken TV screen so small TV on a base placed in front of the broken screen. Table furniture that serves as a support for the TV scratched and damaged. Low-quality curtains, limescaled shower head. At the time it deserved 4 stars, but now it's much less so... average welcome, not very warm, no recommendations about the city.

Surely the strong point of this hotel is the excellent location to go around the center of Colmar. Kind and welcoming staff, good cleaning. Breakfast not up to the standard of a 4 star. Paid parking 18 euros (24 hours) nearby.

2 rooms used: one had traces of dust and a blocked safe (bad code, our fault) but very complicated to get it unlocked. Regarding breakfast, cold meats and orange juice at room temperature but not fresh, and fruit like the grapes were partly eaten (incomplete bunches) and the apples wrinkled. No sliced ​​bread to toast. No savory breakfast (scrambled egg, bacon, sausages). Surprising for a 4 star hotel. Bedding ok, parking ok

A very nice little boutique hotel in Colmar's old town, with modern rooms and friendly service. Unfortunately, there aren't enough electrical outlets, so the refrigerator and coffee maker don't work at the same time. Parking is available in the parking garage around the corner.

Very nice, small, clean hotel, great, modern, walk-in shower, good breakfast prepared with love, very friendly, helpful staff, we traveled with rechargeable bikes and were able to park them at the hotel, thank you again

A shithole. We had a huge mold stain right above the bed. Everything stank, everything was dirty. The breakfast was a joke. The yogurt had been expired for two weeks, and the coffee was watery. Stay away! The location was okay, the staff friendly, but the condition of the rooms was very disappointing.

We stayed at this hotel for one night during a weekend in Colmar for the Christmas market. The hotel is very well located, ideal for walking around the city center. We were greeted properly, but we were not offered valet parking, as we had seen in the room brochure. The room we were allocated was quite spacious, with fairly modern and stylish amenities, but even though it was nice, it was not worth the price we were asked for. Indeed, I think that with such a high price, everything should be perfect, but the room amenities are not: the seal behind the sink was moldy, the flush plate was patched up, 2 coffee capsules no more no less, tea bags, but no kettle to use them, no toiletries, the bathrobes were threadbare, ... We had the breakfast offered by the hotel, but again, even if it was complete, it was a breakfast that we could have found in any hotel chain, almost everything was industrial: jam in jars, butter in individual portions, frozen breads and pastries, ... Nothing homemade, moreover we came for the Christmas market, an event that should bring customers to the hotel, but nothing in the buffet could have made us think of it, no piece of gingerbread, local pastries (kouglof for example), or others. In short, I think this room and the amenities that go with it are worth half the price we paid.
