Location wise, it is a bit far away from Cologne town but manageable. The hotel and room are clean, but there is a funny smell in the hotel. The breakfast is OK, but when it is during the peak hours, empty food plates need to be filled up faster.

This hotel is not close to the airport you will need a bus and it's 7 stops away and you will still need to walk 15 minutes. There is a airport shuttle to the airport. Friendly staff, I personally felt the room was warm for me but my son said he was a little cold. I guess it is personal preference. There us on site restaurant and bar but I felt for us it was a little on the pricey side but there was a supermarket and local food shops close by.

The hotel provides airport shuttle service. Location wise it's a bit isolated so there's less options to eat outside the hotel. Highly recommended.
