Hotel location is good about 10 to 15 min walk from Köln Hbf station on mostly flat ground. Room was spacious with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and body lotion provided. Tea & coffee and kettle also provided. But only 1carton (500ml) of water provided daily for two people which I feel was too little and no fridge in the room. Also bed and pillow was too soft with no support for neck and back.. Overall stay was pleasant

This hotel has a great location—it’s within walking distance of the train station, and the price is reasonable. Tips: Purchase breakfast from the reception while you arrive the hotel is cheaper than purchase a room with breakfast here.

A 15 minutes walk from Cologne Central Station, not too near from the station but is walkable. Nearby have a lot of shops, including supermarkets, restaurants. Friendly staff, and quite a clean room with amenities.

The lady at the front desk was arrogant and didn't provide any directions to the elevators or hotel room. When I didn't understand something she said, she immediately started giving me a dirty look. As someone working in the service industry, her professionalism was extremely poor.

Location is perfect for traveling on the train, the room was clean and nice. If you want any disposable items, you need to ask for them on the reception, also extra 50 euros for a deposit from credit card. At night the doors are closed and the front desks are empty, so you need to use your card to enter the building. Feels a little bit overpriced for such room, but in general it’s not bad

Early check in for Marriot Bonvoy member. We were given a handicapped room which is quite “empty” and thus not feel so luxurious. Probably it was the only room available at that time. Affected by the fire alarm which was not so pleasant.

Hotel staff very friendly, in a great ideal location near Alexanderplatz. We asked for a room overlooking the railway and TV tower, and the hotel were more than accomodating with this request. 10/10 would stay again!

Decent hotel near train station. However it is not close to the city centre and is a 10-15 minutes walk from train station. Supermarket is next to location and convenient. Typical 4 star hotel amenities.

Upon entering the room, there was a strange odor. After a while, I realized it was coming from the drain. In the middle of the night, around 1 AM, with the window open, I could hear a group of children shouting outside, which was quite unsettling. The room design felt very outdated, and the shower water pressure was extremely low, even worse than what you'd find in a budget hotel.

On arrival day, we were informed of a planned electricity power outage in all the rooms for 4 hours during our stay which resulted in no lighting, WiFi or TV working. While I understand that maintenance issues are necessary in all hotels, it would have been nice if management had made a small offer of compensation such as restaurant voucher, to guests impacted by this outage, but unfortunately no such offer was made. This has somewhat spoiled the experience of what would otherwise have been a very good hotel.

Great hotel in a convenient location, just about a 10-minute walk from the train station. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the room was spotless, mand looked fantastic. I really enjoyed my stay!

The location is great, making it easy to walk to the central station, large supermarkets, restaurants, and attractions. The hotel lobby offers complimentary lemon water and fruit, and having a kettle in the room was a big plus for us. My only minor complaint is that one bottle of water isn't enough for two people, but you can always ask the hotel for more, and their service is quite efficient. Just be careful in the shower as the floor can be a bit slippery.
