Absolutely friendly staff and the hotel rooms are also very clean. Great view of Cologne Cathedral from the third floor. All in all, inexpensive, clean and very central.

conveniently located near the train station and next to the cathedral. lots of food options nearby. hotel staff were very friendly. room was great!

Really lovely hotel, with very friendly staff. We got a free upgrade to a business suite when we got there.
Really nice clean room with everything you need.
Great location near the cathedral and the river.

Great hotel. Perfect location in the shadow of the famous cathedral and less than 5 minute walk to the main train station. But the staff was amazing, especially the front desk manager and the concierge. Especially the concierge because he saved my holiday when my luggage was lost by the airline.
