Superb stay at a lovely hotel! The location, staff, and service were all top-notch! The little birthday surprise from the hotel was unexpected and so incredibly thoughtful 🥰 The view from my room of the Cologne Cathedral was particularly stunning. I'll gladly book this hotel again for my next trip to Cologne. Many thanks to the entire team, from the garage entrance to check-out! 😀🙏

An absolutely wonderful experience! The hotel and service were top-notch, the surroundings beautiful, and the location incredibly convenient. We could even see the back of the cathedral, and it's very close to the Rhine River. We'll definitely be staying here again on our next trip!

This hotel's Cologne Cathedral view is absolutely breathtaking, but what was equally impressive were the location, service, and cleanliness. When I first arrived from the train station, I foolishly didn't look up the route properly and ended up dragging my heavy luggage up and down stairs, when I could have avoided them by taking a different path. Despite the difficult journey to the hotel, the staff greeted us so warmly and genuinely wished my sister a happy birthday that all my weariness turned into joy. And when we got to the room, we were greeted with such an amazing view and a beautiful room! Thanks to this, we had a wonderful time in Cologne for two days, listening to the bells of Cologne Cathedral. When checking out and heading back to the train station, I followed the staff's directions and found a flat, easy route back. Oh, the only minor inconveniences were the opaque glass in the bathroom and having to shower in the bathtub.

Rooms in Europe are generally quite small; with two large suitcases, there was barely any room to walk. The environment and hygiene were good, and the facilities were standard, though there were no slippers or toiletries provided.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a five-minute walk to Cologne Central Station, right behind the Cathedral. Although the rooms are on the smaller side for European standards, they are stylish and practical. It's a solid four-star hotel with reasonable prices, clean, and the staff are very friendly.

This time I stayed in a room facing a quiet street. Last time, I stayed in a room facing Cologne Cathedral, and the noise from the street at night was quite loud. Although the quiet street lacks the beautiful view, it offers a peaceful night. Recommended!

Perfectly located next to the Cathedral with a wonderful view directly overlooking it. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

The room was a bit small, but the location was superb. The cathedral is right outside the door. There's a car park, so parking is very convenient.
