Great hotel and location. Ideal for visiting the markets in late November. It was a shame that the sauna was only operational at certain times mid-week. Meant that it was always crowded early evening.

Unfortunately we got a somewhat old and worn out room. The shower had only cold water that day and the sink was clogged. Not a great experience. The breakfast is okay but lacks any vegetables and salads, which is strange. Sauna and gym is fine.

The hotel is located in a good central location. However, the curtains cannot be pulled all the way - so in the morning, The light shining into the room was dazzling, causing us to wake up very early. We did not sleep well here. The gym and the sauna is ok.

The hotel is a real 4 star hotel, the rooms are big and well equipped, the staff are professional and welcoming, the breakfast is tasty and has a great variety, the location is superb, really a great experience, we will come back to this hotel.

Conveniently located just 1 minute walk from Frisenplatz U Bahn. You can reach DOM or Kologne Station by U Bahn in less than 5 minutes. Reception team very cordial and ready to help whatever you need. Very Good breakfast Buffett lay out stretching up to 12 Noon on Sundays. Would love to get back whenever I go to cologne

Love the breakfast buffet! Excellent spread & quality. Bathroom looks newly renovated with rain shower. Bedroom was spacious although some noise from the pubs woke us at 2am. Kudos to the warm & friendly service at reception desk!

The hotel has a great location, not far from various attractions, and close to lively areas but without any noise or crowds. The building and decor are classic and tasteful, the rooms are beautiful, and there is also a sauna and gym. Every hotel staff member is very friendly and helpful in solving your problems. The parking lot is in the basement and there is plenty of space.

The location is good, about a 20-minute walk from Cologne Cathedral. The surrounding environment is nice, the space layout is relatively reasonable, the storage settings are good, and the living is quite comfortable.

The hotel is located 15 minutes' walk from the main train station, which is very convenient. The front desk reception is warm and friendly. The room is large enough, clean and tidy. The breakfast is rich. It is a very good experience
