The property was clean and the service was good. However, it would have been even better if there had been a mini-fridge in the rooms.

Location is great 👍 close to everything. Place of interest is all within walking distance.

Nice hotel for one night. Early check-in was possible. The gentleman at reception was very friendly. Breakfast was definitely adequate. Our child ate breakfast for free. Dinner was a bit meager. We would come again.

The pictures don't match the actual product (the lighting in the first picture is confusing, while the second is from Ctrip). The room was incredibly small, comparable to Hong Kong and Japan, but Ctrip's final handling was acceptable. Check-in only starts at 3:00 AM, and the front desk was very impatient when we didn't check in after 2:00 AM. However, the hotel also has some good points, such as the free coffee and seating, which allowed you to enjoy a piece of bread with your coffee. The garage is quite poor, with low roof beams, so you might bump into it when opening the trunk, so be extra careful. Cologne is quite nice, perfect for strolling around and eating out cheaply.

I booked this for my family and stayed there for two days. They said the room was spacious, had a sofa bed, and was suitable for bringing children. The cleanliness was good, and it was not far from the train station, making it convenient to visit nearby attractions. I was quite satisfied!

Excellent hotel for reasonable money. Situated next to the metro station. Child friendly. There is a kettle in the room, which is not common practice for German hotels. The room is, of course, quite compact. But we are not staying in a hotel to live there, but to spend the night.

This stay was a truly fantastic experience, earning a five-star rating! The hotel's location is a real plus. It's right next to the subway station and a few minutes' walk from the shopping district and food court, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. The most surprising thing was the service. The front desk clerk greeted us with a smile throughout, checking us in quickly, and proactively recommended nearby hidden gems and must-try restaurants, even providing tips on avoiding pitfalls. He was incredibly thoughtful. The room exceeded our expectations. It was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The sheets and duvet cover had a subtle fragrance and were wrinkle-free. The bedding was as soft as a cloud, making it impossible to get up. The soundproofing was excellent, so I couldn't hear any outside noise at night, and I slept soundly until I woke up naturally, completely free of fatigue. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, complete with toiletries, and the hot water supply was always available.
