The hotel was undergoing renovations. We were given a room on the first floor. There was no elevator. The room next door was under construction, and all the dust had gotten into our room. The room itself was bright, and a decent size. However, the carpet wasn't very clean, and the bathroom was small. We stayed there during a week when temperatures hit 40 degrees Celsius. There was no air conditioning and no fan provided. We had to sleep with the window open. The breakfast buffet was good and had all the essentials to start the day right.

Great location, very friendly staff, easy checkin and easy to get back to my room even after a late concert. (I arrived around 23pm at the hotel and it was super easy to get inside). BUT my Tv didnt work, I also didnt bother to ask the Staff to get it fixed bc I only stayed for 1 night so maybe they would've fixed it idk. Everything was clean EXCEPT the shower curtain. There was a tiny drop of dried blood. Disgusting but for the rest it was good for the price.

The hotel is in a great location, the staff were friendly and its was extremly quiet and made the stay even better. The room it’s self boasted a tv desk , a large double bed and plug sockets both near bed and above desk. The only downside is the Burke is advertised as having accesible rooms but the hotel isn’t accessible if I was unable to walk at all I would have found myself stuck. There are stairs either side of the reception and also down to the breakfast room

It's good for the price. but was too hot, there is no A/C, and the neighbors was so loud everyday, untill late , around 1 AM.

Bedbugs came out in the hotel, and the blankets and pillows didn't even seem to wash. They smell. They're the worst

The experience at the hotel is always good; I have stayed there several times. The staff is very friendly, and both the restaurant and the facilities are excellent. I 100% recommend this place for the price.

The hotel isn't far from the city center, which is a plus. However, the lack of air conditioning or climate control makes it impossible to stay in the rooms during the summer. On top of that, the hotel definitely needs a facelift; it's showing its age and the rooms are very small.
