The overall environment is decent, and the location is very convenient, about 4 light rail stops from the exhibition. The price was too high during the exhibition period, but it's worth considering if it's cheaper during normal times. The breakfast was generally good.

The breakfast was quite ample, but the room was a bit small, especially with no proper desk. It was quite inconvenient for business travelers like me, as I had to work on my laptop from the bedside table.

Overall, my stay was a mixed bag. The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, which remains a definite plus. However, there's significant room for improvement concerning room facilities, cleanliness, and service details. Pros: ✅ Convenient Location: The hotel is surrounded by numerous restaurants and supermarkets, making daily life incredibly easy. ✅ Front Desk Service Was Okay: The front desk staff's attitude was acceptable. Areas for Improvement: ⚠️ Cramped Room Space: The hotel rooms are very compact. ⚠️ Bed Setup Affected Sleep: The double bed I booked was actually made from two single beds pushed together. I kept falling into the gap between them, which severely impacted my sleep quality. ⚠️ Towel Cleanliness Issues: The towels had stains, indicating that hygiene needs to be stepped up. ⚠️ Lack of Essentials and Proactive Service: There was no soap provided in the room, and no staff member proactively replaced it. This significantly detracted from the overall comfort of the stay. Conclusion: Despite the hotel's good location and acceptable front desk service, the room size, bed design, towel cleanliness, and especially the lack of essential items (like soap) without proactive replenishment, significantly affected my experience. I hope the hotel can improve its facilities and the meticulousness of its service based on these points.

Early check-in was possible. The rooms aren't the largest, but they have everything you need. The TV is definitely one of the biggest I've seen in a hotel. The breakfast price of 29€ is borderline, but that's the case in many hotels nowadays. On the other hand, the restaurant prices are excellent. Important: the hotel no longer accepts cash, and you can't charge anything to your room anymore either.

The stay was very pleasant. The staff at check-in were nice and helpful. Everything was clean. The only annoying thing was that despite the 'do not disturb' sign being on the door, someone knocked multiple times and tried to open the door.

The hotel is a bit far from Cologne Central Station. While access to tourist attractions isn't great, it's close to the subway station. Being away from the city center means it's very quiet at night. The room had almost no amenities, but I was able to borrow a kettle, plates, and forks from the front desk. The room itself was very clean.
